I am very pleased with this item. The quality is excellent and it was exactly as described. It feels durable, well-made, and has met all my expectations. Considering the price, I believe it is definitely worth the money. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others looking for good value and reliability.

Not very loud (68dB vs 110dB uncalibrated for Queath-branded triangular pyramid with strobe lights), and the signal is a pure-tone that ascends in frequency by about 2Hz every 3-5 seconds (unvarying, I just didn't time it accurately). At the frequencies shown in my picture (red are the peak levels after I waited for it to complete a sweep and start at the beginning again, white is the level when the image was taken, showing a 2nd harmonic at about twice the fundamental) this unit will be quite directional, so has to be placed at the right height and facing offending critters. On the plus side it should be totally inaudible (I can't hear this, but the Queath unit is LOUD - but I wear hearing aids).

They definitely work! Have been afraid of creepy crawlies, especially in the bedroom, forever! Couldn't sleep if a moth or crane fly was in there and cannot spray fly killer as my little dog would suffer!! I do not have windows open at same time of lights on BUT have NEVER had a problem since plugging these in. One upstairs and one down, my blue light heroes!!

The earth pin on the plug is smaller than a UK standard plug. This makes it very difficult to plug in to a UK socket it doesn't easily open the live and neutral safety covers. It also brings into question the overall electrical safety of a plug with incorrect dimensions and a half insulated earth pin!? Normally earths have a solid metal pin. I would suggest avoiding this product and do question it actually being UKCA certified per it sticker? Also very poor translation into English to explain what the product actually does. No warnings about health and safety of the product at all. Im not really sure what it is doing to drive insects away and if any other pets might be adversely affected? There are still spiders in the room I am trialing much to my daughters dismay.

Purchased within Australia, product arrived quickly (Suggesting an Australian storage address) and the product has what looks like European plugs and will only cost an additional $60 to $120 to see if the $30 two pack is more then a glorified night light. Not Impressed. Edit: +1 star as it appears to working after managing to find adapters - I have noticed a sharp decline in insect and pest activity in my home
