Product Fine, Does NOT Work with Hue Go
I purchased this for my Hue Go light, but does not fit. Buyer beware, I searched online for a good bit to find one, and after a Google search of “hue go light adapter,” I was sent to several Amazon pages with generic AC adapters. I took a chance with this one and it was a fail. Admittedly, I even tried to “fiddle” with it to see if I could get it to fit, but there’s just no way to do it safely. I contacted Hue and asked where to find a replacement, but their response was since my unit was past warranty, I would simply have to purchase an entirely new light. The adapter itself is just fine, and I’m sure I can find another device it will work with, so it’s not a total loss: just disappointing for being pointed in this direction to find a dead end.

Quality seems good
This adapter is rated 9v @ 1A; however, at 1A I estimate a 1v sag would occur. This maybe OK, depending on your application. Testing details: The initial ("no load") voltage was 9.12v. I tested by applying a progressive load, until the voltage dropped below 97%, 95%, or 93% of the initial value. Under these criteria, the functional limits are 350mA (97%) or 500mA (95%). At 800mA the voltage had dropped to 8.46v (93%). The manufacturing quality seems good. (Label states manufacturer is Shenzhen Sunshine Tech.)

Used With Indoor Camera
Wanted a shorter, white cord for indoor camera. Finding a white with these electrical spec.s was almost impossible. This one was exactly what I needed and works. Just wish the cord was attached differently to the electrical plug...sticks out.
