A must-have if power goes out and you need in your garage.
For garages without and walkthrough door or for electrical outages. Lost my existing system's keys. I measured my existing holes and the replacement was as advertised. It has a long enough cable to reach your release mechanism on your garage door. Product was delivered in a timely manner with zero complications.

Don't over tighten the bolts
Simple to install if you have a power drill. Only thing I wish was included with this would be some sort of bushing to put in the channel of the garage door so that it doesn't crush the door when you snug the nuts onto the bolts. But when my opener doesn't open this works great to release the door from the outside since I have a detached garage and the only way in is through the overhead door.

Great option easy to install
Great option to have in the event of power failure. Easy to install with basic tools, small hole saw, drill bit etc. although cable may seem shorter than some may expect and lock will have to be installed higher on the door to compensate.
