Love this - not for everyone though since it’s super bitter. I take this 20 ml mixed with 20 ml Amla juice empty stomach every morning. Helps with digestion and keeps stools regular as mentioned by someone else in the review section. Remember to keep this in the fridge once opened to maintain maximum potency.
