This has helped me lose some of my weight. I’m almost done my pack but I also haven’t been keeping up with it as much as I should. I lost about 4-5 pounds since getting these in the beginning of the month. But I also work out and work with children and eat well. Not a strong taste and it helps with hydration a lot! Which I definitely need working where I do. It dissolves in a water bottle well when you shake it. But it you put it straight in a cup or anything it won’t. I tried it just to see and it clumps up

Delicious, works as it should

As a long-time customer of Slim Fast [their chocolate shakes are dreamy!], I saw these and decided to try them. I got the blueberry lemonade. It tastes a little tart to me. I love blueberry lemonade, but these took some getting used to. The GOOD NEWS is that they really do curb my appetite as I am intermittently fasting. I don't feel sluggish or bouncing off the walls, which is important! I have a creamy-chocolate, low-carb, Slim Fast shake in the morning, then the blueberry lemonade at lunch. I've already lost weight, and more will follow. Thanks, Slim Fast, for making dieting easy. Celebrate the good stuff!

I love these. I usually have one at work around lunch time and it is a great pick me up. Mixes into water easily and doesn’t clump. It curbs my appetite and keeps me from boredom snacking. Below there was a review that said something about the packaging stating to only drink 2 per week which worried me after ordering. I looked at the packaging and it says to stop using if you lose more than 2 pounds a week. I wanted to clarify this in case people were not wanting to order due to this reason. (Excessive fast weight loss can be hard on the body) so I totally get why they have to have it on the package. They also taste great and don’t have the weird fake “diet” after taste that a lot of drinks have. The caffeine is a nice boost to get through the rest of the day. Worth it for the price.

The taste is great and if you don’t have stomach issues then I’m sure it works fine. I have ulcerative colitis and when I drink these it causes minor flares with my UC though so that’s a little disappointing

Tastes great! It actually tastes just like my favorite drink Karma with prebiotic cultures. I love it. I prefer my water bottles to taste slightly watered down so I usually use half a pack per bottle. I do this with any drink packet mix for water bottles. It’s not too strong when you use it all. My daughter let me taste hers. Not tart or overpowering. I like the fact that it has caffeine in it to give me a boost. Dissolves easy. Great for hydration. I’m happy with these. Will be buying more. They definitely help me to drink more water. Alone water is too bland so I just don’t drink it as much as I would with something like these.

honestly, I tried these and they may be super sick and it could just be a meeting because I’m diabetic. I’m on medication and I work a lot so I would take them and I would start to get headaches. I will start to feel lightheaded. The taste is kind of sour and I just didn’t really enjoy it. Honestly, it just was lacking and taste and it just did not make my stomach feel good no matter the portion of powder that I poured into my water it just didn’t make me feel good and it just didn’t taste good but for someone who likes medicine water I recommend it.

While I appreciated having a flavor that did not break my fast, this tasted terrible. If I could taste the way a bathroom cleaner smelled, this would be it. I will power through the remaining tubes, but I will not purchase again.
