I have not seen another language option for this deck. But there are other Tarot learning decks out there in other languages. You will have to search the Amazon site, you may find something.

There are numerous methods of using in. Celtic cross is most common one. If you research tarot spreads you will find plenty. Also, you can design your own spread. The most simple one is one question, one card or 3 cards spread- one question card number one: challenges, card number two: advice, card number 3: outcome.
