TeamFar Baking Sheet, 17.6"x 13"x 1" Stainless Steel Large Cookie Sheet Pan

Great quality stainless steel baking sheets that out of the box are polished to a mirror finish and are possibly works of art!?! It is almost a shame to have to use them when needed as they will not stay that way for long with use of other kitchen utensils. They are a solid weight that are versatile enough and fit easily into most ovens and heat evenly to give a consistent cooking result. Stainless steel is durable and should have a long service life and are a welcomed addition to my kitchen pots and pans collection.

I wish I had ordered these years ago! I recently came across the question, "How old are your cookie sheets? Are you still using the same ugly, old, rusty ones you received when you set up your first kitchen?" OMG, yes! They were so awful I lined them with aluminum foil every time I used them, which was probably destroying the few brain cells I have left. So I threw them out and ordered these beautiful, shiny STAINLESS STEEL cookie sheets that I now use every day. Every day!! I roast veges and meats on them, bake breads and eggrolls on them, and reheat everything on them. They fit perfectly in my toaster oven (super-sized Breville, so the larger baking sheets fit, but I bought the smaller baking sheets, too, which will fit in ANY toaster oven) and, of course, in the regular oven. They clean like a dream!! That is the part of this that just blows me away! I swear, it is like washing glass. "Mirror Finish" is no exaggeration. Even though I spray/spritz/wipe them with oil (olive, canola, coconut, grapeseed, etc.) and then bake in the oven, they wash easily with sudsy water. No scrubbing, no harsh cleansers. They also fit in the dishwasher (along the side) and come out like brand new. One sheet that was air drying in a dish rack was so shiny that a visitor noticed it from across the room, commented on the shine, and joked that she was going to use it as a mirror. And that was after weeks of daily use. I wish I had purchased these years ago.

I'm still deciding if I like baking cookies on stainless steel or not. The pans are easy to use and clean, but they heat slower and retain the heat longer.

Still working months later, got these pans to hopefully prevent rust (working so far) that we got with other non stick pans. We wash these every time and they work really well. The one nuance of these is that they do bend in the oven but always come back into place (my guess is that's just thinner stainless steel). These 3 pans are great and allowed us to throw the rest of ours away.

Before the holidays, I ordered two sets of these sheet pans because I do not want to have aluminum in contact with food I prepare. My cookie sheets had seen better days (I had originally used the cushion air ones made from aluminum). I ordered two sets of these because I wanted to make cookie baking faster. I could put two of these sheets in the oven, and then work on preparing two more sheets to put in when the first set finished baking. After reading through all the reviews on this item, I decided to order them, along with two sets of the Siasky COMINHKPR107797 Silicone Non Stick Baking Mats, 16” X 12”, Orange Red. My goad was to keep these sheet pans in good condition and have minimum washing. The silicone mats and these sheet pans work great together. My holiday cookies baked great on them. Initially, when you put these pans in a hot oven, they will make a popping sound, and turn up on one side, but this is not a deal breaker. They eventually straighten down when they get used to the oven temp. I am so happy with the duo of the sheet pans and the silicone mats, that I just ordered another set of these pans and the mats to use on savory items like vegetable and cuts of meat that need to be roasted in a pan with sides that are short so that your meat can roast correctly. These types of food give off moisture, and I am sure that it will at some time seep over the edge of the mat and reach the sheet pan. That's okay-I will clean them as best as I can, and I am sure these sheets that I am keeping for these types of food will discolor some. These two new sheet pans will be used exclusively for these applications, and I am find with some discoloration. I have very good quality cookware and a well stocked kitchen, so I am very choosey about what I use. The quality of these pans is great. Hope this helps someone make their final decision about whether to try these.

Excellent product! Bought these in 2022 and they are still shiny and look like new. Use them at least once a week for baking and roasting. Cook evenly with no warping. Never, ever need to use foil to line the pan. Amazingly easy to clean. Dishwasher cleans them like new. If there’s no room in the dishwasher, a little dish detergent with warm water is all that’s needed (maybe an occasional short soak if there are burnt on corners). Better and safer than ‘no stick’. So pleased with them that we bought extra sizes. As you can see in the picture, still has a ‘mirror’ finish after 3 years of heavy use.

I needed to replace a non-stick-coated aluminum pan that warped and gave out on its coating. It really couldn't be cleaned effectively without damaging the coating, which lasted less than a year. I'm trying stainless steel. These pans are relatively sturdy—not too thin. I looked for "professional" pans that might be thicker but found none at a reasonable price. I must say that the high polish and smooth surface might reduce sticking and reflect heat, too. I clean with a non-scratch sponge or brass scouring pad so as to retain that smooth surface. So good so far. Happy cook here. UPDATE: I have now used these pans for 8 months and frequently. I like them VERY MUCH. They don't stick, clean up well, and show fery few scratches. Uping to 5-stars.

These pans are so easy and versatile. I am able to clean all of burned out pieces off in two seconds. They are thin so they fit anywhere and light so anyone can pick them up yet they are sturdy. I have used these pans for everything from baking cooking to roasting a chicken. They are amazing.

Great quality for a cookie sheet, even been used many times and washed no issues.

I love these. They do warp a bit in the oven, but I haven't had anything fly off or get ruined from it.
