Easy install, works great. Plays my music via Bluetooth crystal clear and the bt phone calls are clear. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to update their 90s technology and bring their car stereo into the current millenium.

Installed in motorcycle. Everything works as expected so far. I am using a 4-channel amp and not the onboard chip. This radio clips at 31-35 volume. Up to 30 the onboard is clean. The RCA out is clean to 35. I removed the onboard MOSFET chip as it makes a lot of heat even when not being used and pulls a bit of current. I am limited in the alternator power so removing the chip solves 2 of my problems of available current and heat in the very tiny, enclosed space. With the chip removed this radio pulls very little current .26 amps at full tilt and .003 when off but in standby. It pulls .000 amps when powered down after 4 seconds. Picture is testing how far back I can put it in the stock location. The half chassis allows me much more storage space in this location.

Pros: Pleasantly surprised, this very affordable head unit installed (Toyota Highlander) with ease. Plenty of power to drive stock 4 door speakers & tweeters (6.5"). With the addition of a mono amp + single sub it sounds great. The largest USB I got it to recognize was 8GB (thumb or SD Card). Plenty of audio settings to dial in your preferred listening experience. Tuner works well but I never use it...I cannot stand hearing so many advertisements between songs, just like everything else digital. Cons: Bluetooth; had to try it, not the best tbh Looking for a cheap replacement option, it works and does what it's supposed to do.

Hot garbage!!!! I bought this last year for a complete restoration of my wife’s 1983 mustang. Just got to the point to install it this morning and it turned on before I could set the Bluetooth up it turned off. I turned back on it turned off again but this time it would not turn back on. No shorts, all positive contacts on a 10amp fuse , no fuse blown or anything. I will be buying new radio tomorrow but not JVC or any from Amazon. Not blaming Amazon for not making this right but I am blaming them for selling cheap crap that we pay good money for and most we have to return. Sick of this type of crap. Will go to audio store to buy

It's a good stereo, mostly bought it for the Bluetooth. There's a decent delay from when the radio turns on to when it connects and plays music. But good audio quality. Hard to see the display when it's bright outside. The app and USB connection are difficult to figure out and get working right. There's a limit on how loud it gets and there's no way to go above it.

I purchased a refurbished unit from Crutchfield but it died just after the 30 day return period, so I bought this NEW one on Amazon for only $40 more. Easy to install, works great, and it is loaded with features I did not expect in this price range. This model outperforms many units that are 4X the price.

Works perfect, wide range Bluetooth, clear sound, and easy installation. The unit comes without remote control.

Excellent budget no frills head unit for the 2007 Focus. It replaced an 18 year old JVC with the dongle blue tooth that took about 3 minutes to connect. Was hoping the plug 🔌 would be the same but it was slightly different and I had to manually the connectors and used those solder-sticky things with a heat gun. I then realized that my driver door speaker was weak so I bought a set of Pyle 6x8 speakers 🔊 Another thing worth mentioning is that the face being no-frills is just red only and you can’t change it which makes me very happy because every time I disconnected the battery on the old JVC unit it would go into the demo mode with the flashing in the 17 different colours and all of that crap Ola a fella just doesn’t need. The sound is good and the Bluetooth connects in 3 to 5 seconds making my life much more enjoyable. Super easy to install. It even comes with the little tools to unlock it or the old unit to pull it out of the dash whatever those things are called.
