How many scoops of formula can each one hold?

I’ve done 4 scoops. Could hold more if needed

The instructions say not to microwave them. Can they be steralized in boiling water?

No I wouldn't recommend, I just used very hot water and soaked for few mins then scrubbed by hand with soap. They apparently are dish washer safe but one view stated she did that and the tops shrunk so I don't think they're dishwasher safe either. I don't have a dishwasher so I wouldn't know for sure. Hope this helps...

Can it hold up to 15 scoops ?

You can put up to 5 scoops per unit to make 10oz of milk, so if you have 3 units you’ll be able to take 20 scoops with you. I hope this helps!
