I liked the product very much...but unfortunately I received the same oven from my mother, hence what bought from you is unopened till today. Hence, can I request to return that and buy some other product from you ? Thanks

I have today checked in the Wonderchef showroom and they said it’s a manufacturing defect.The cake not baked properly.I have ordered two pieces and both have same defect.what kind of service is this. I have ordered for cakes and if that purpose not getting solved then my purchase is totally waste. Kindly arrange to replace these.
