Love ths product. Will be good for anyone icing thier hands or feet. Recommend this for everyone that needs it.

Product came exactly has scheduled and because it's cold where I live the gel paks were cold so I tried them right away. They caused almost instant relieve to the chemo neuropathy. Fit was perfect as sizing chart. They seemed to hold the cold well for the 30 minutes but when kept in freezer I expect better. They were comfortable to wear although the gloves seem a bit too big but it definitely works well as well. The socks were not as thick as I expected which was actually a plus for me they feel like actual socks on the foot so very comfortable. I would highly recommend this product for someone going through chemo or other neuropathy issues.

This is the first time SuzziPads were used by my husband. It was easy to put the frozen pads in the sleeves of the Mits & the booties. Put the booties on first. Also keep a pair of slide in shoes on sandels to wear if you need to remove the booties to go to the restroom. We watched YouTube to see them put on by someone using them.

I bought these ice packs for my sister's chemo treatments to prevent neuropathy and they work well! They are easy and intuative to "assemble". Treatment is 3 hours so I ordered 4 kits so that we can change the gel inserts every 45 minutes. I took a star off because the mits are quite big (ordered S/M) and aren't as snug as I was expecting. Overall, these are a great solution for battling neuropathy and would definitely be useful for other injuries as well.

These cold packs are for used with the cooling cap for chemotherapy. They stay cold just long enough for a treatment. Just remember to keep them Frozen when not in use and to carry them in some kind of insulated cooler to get to your procedure.

We use these for my wife's chemo treatments to prevent neuropathy, as well as the self-contained set, also by SuzziPad. These stay cold a little longer than the self-contained set, but are more difficult to use. The heal pads don't stay in the socks, which is an aggravating design flaw -- all it would take is a flap over the pocket to keep it in. When these are used for chemo treatment, ease of use is important because time is important. They only stay sufficiently cold for 15-20 minutes, so they must be changed out several times, depending on the length of the infusion. I freeze the inserts, then put them in the socks and mittens and freeze again until we leave for the treatment. This makes it quicker to put them on rather than trying to put them together when ready to use. (The self-contained version is much easier to use but does not stay cold as long.) I also recommend transporting them in an insulated bag with ice blocks to keep them cold until needed. I gave them 3 stars because the more I use them the more aggravated I got--fumbling around with the heel pad shouldn't have to happen, and because I think they could be designed to stay cold longer. My wife's chemo infusion lasts and hour, so we have to use a total of three sets, I have not used other brands, so can't compare, but I suspect the length of time they stay cold is a problem in general. Our doctor said his patients who use cold socks and mittens do noticeably better than those who do not in avoiding neuropathy in the hands and feet, so even if not as good as they can be, they should be used.

Must buy if youre going through Chemo. My wife says that they help when going through her chemo treatment as it helps with the neuropathy in her hands and feet. Easy to freeze. Will say I would buy 2 as they dont last for her full chemo treatment. Wish they just sold the pads cheaper as I would just buy those but they are more expensive than just buying this set again which doesnt make sense.

The order came incomplete. Gloves and ice packs were missing. Had to request for refund.

Works really well for cold therapy and feels comfortable. The only issue is that it’s a little loose for me, but overall I’m happy with the product and would recommend it.
