Does not really hold position. Also the material is not really rigid to hold heavy ingredients. Works with smaller cut ingredients.

Not ideal for a grill with lid.
I have a grill, which I cannot close the lid with this product. Second, it was not stable. Kept moving. Third cannot adjust the hight in case the fkames are too close.
