Thule Child Carrier Axle Mount EzHitch with Quick Release, 20100796

We had a carrier mount that came with our Chariot bike trailer, which stayed installed on my Trek bike. This meant I was always pulling the trailer or my husband was riding my bike as we didn't want to be changing out the mount. We wanted to install a second one on my husbands bike and found this on Amazon. It appears and works just like the original. The price seemed high but the convenience helped us to justify the cost. It has been in use for several months and seems to work as expected.

Easy to install. Used this on my 2017 Cannondale. Bought one a while back for my wife's bike and worked so well I figured I'd install one on mine... we can now take turns on pulling our pups (3 shih tzu's)

My original Thule Coaster XL bike trailer had one of these so I decided to buy a 2nd one for my 2nd bike to connect and I have no issues with this product. Works the same as the original.

My bike was stolen and, with it, the Thule hitch adapter. I didn't really want to spend over $50 for the official one so I looked into this one. Despite being off brand, it was easy to install and fits the bike stroller perfectly!

If you have a bike trailer that uses this, it does the job. My only gripe is minor and only aesthetic. If you get the model with "black" listed as the color, the skewer nut is black, the quick release lever is black, the CUP that the trailer actually connects to is NOT black, it's an unfinished metal. Functionally, no issues, but if you are going for a stealth look, even on your kid-carrying bike, you'll have to break out the paint.

Received a USED PRODUCT AFTER PAYING FOR A BRAND NEW OPTION. Rust and dirt on product and box obviously opened and not sealed. Extremely frustrating considering the premium price.

This is the exact same as the ezHitch that came with our Chariot. They're strong and I can't imagine this ever breaking or wearing out. The other piece that goes into this from the trailer...perhaps this will wear over time. My wife and I are glad we can now quickly switch the bike trailer between us and keep up a faster pace over long rides. She's also glad she doesn't have to take this off my bike when she wants to go on a ride by herself.

Easy to use and install; perfect for use with our Thule bike trailer. Now the trailer can be used with more than one bike.
