I wonder if the 2 tier sink organizer will accumulate water or not? Will it be immersed in damp water?

It is made of lightweight ABS material, but strong enough to hold cleaning products of more than 80 pounds.

Will it fit a Windex spray bottle in the bottom?

The height between the shelves is 9.8 inches, but the Windex spray bottle is about 10cines, so you can’t put the Windex on the bottom, However, cleaners fit fine on the top.

Is it easy to access the items on the shelf?

I promise it works super well. The bottom shelf has two wheels for easy access to the item.
