Helps winter dry skin
This is the second time that we have ordered this product. My 92 year old dad has very fragile skin and puts this on every day. He says that it really helps with the dry winter weather.

Rubber piece popped off and I can't get it back on
No matter what I do, I cannot get the rubber cap back on so it doesn't push soap out well. Disappointed.
