Best tasting one
Taste is decent for the amount given son loves the taste and its slowly improving his mood. If you’re looking for a ashwaganda that’s taste decent this is it. Can’t wait for my next delivery.

Convenient packets
I'm not really a blueberry girl but the taste wasn't overwhelming. I really like the take and go packets...very convenient. The product seemed work on bringing down my stress levels some. The only down side is the xylitol ingredient I believe is triggering my IBS so I will probably stop using it. Shame!

I did not like the flavor, hard to swallow. And it gave me a headache soon afterwards so I’d encourage others not to purchase at least this exact product.
