Spectra Premium CU1696 Complete Radiator

I was having a hard time keeping the big 454 cool in my 95 GMC Suburban K2500 while towing up the Colorado mountains. Bought this and performed a coolant flush and the truck stayed nice and cool all the way to the top of an 11,000ft pass, running 45 mph the whole way up. Definitely recommend. Installation is easy, includes everything needed. I put some teflon tape on the fittings for the transmission cooler and engine oil cooler just to prevent leakage. Perfect radiator at a good price.

Good looking radiator, quality construction, fit perfectly in my Chevy C2500 7.4L. Only one problem, MANUFACTURERS NEED TO QUIT PUTTING THE EXTRA ADAPTER FITTINGS LOOSE IN THE BOX!!! I had to order FOUR radiators before I got one that had not been damaged. There are 2 fittings about as big as your thumb in a little plastic bag that is just tossed in the box. The first three radiators had damage not only to the fins but the tubes as well due these fittings rattling around during shipping. Of course Amazon was great about the return and quickly got a good one to me. Nice radiator, stupid packing by manufacturer (otherwise would have given 5 stars).

Terrible quality, bought this back in may and now it's December and my radiator has a leak from a hole in the core.

their help tutorial to make sure I got the right one was excelent... it helped me get the right one the first time. perfect fit. fast response on shipping made sure that I was up and running quickly. all parts and plugs were secure in the packaging. this radiator when installed looked as if from the original factory inventory.
