Near-Immediate Relief & Surprisingly Great Fit
I was absolutely shocked at how well this worked. I’ve dealt with sciatica flare-ups for several years, and on day two of a recent flare I decided to try this. Within minutes of putting it on, I felt noticeable relief, and the constant ache eased up significantly. I was even able to walk around without the usual discomfort. I also have pretty large calves (regular-fit pants look like skinny jeans on me), so I was surprised that the standard sizing actually fit comfortably and securely. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Relief to my back, Woo Hoo
I have found these Reactive Plus braces fantastic. I would have trouble with my back just doing the dishes and when I put on the brace my back no longer hurt. Now to be honest my sister said she had it and it did not work for her. My husband said it kept sliding off his leg, For me it worked. So goes to show you it's worth a try but may not be fore everyone. It relieved my pain, easy to use, adjustabiility easy, I lost one so this is my 2nd one. I found it amazing.

Love
I can’t brag on this anymore, it helped me tremendously! I’ve had two back surgeries and my back reherniated for a 3rd time. I bought this because my sciatic nerve is being pinched and the pain in my leg was overwhelming. If you put it in the right spot, it seriously helps. The pain wasn’t completely gone, but I could walk with my rollator.

Worked for me - Thank Goodness!
Works like magic. Can't speak for everyone, but really helped my wife who has battled sciatica forever and for me when my lower back fights me after long drives. You can wear it above or under your pants and I wore it for 16 hours straight driving home from Florida and I didn't feel like my toes were going to fall off. Also costs less than 15 minutes with a chiropractor trying to twist your head off or pull your arms and legs out of their sockets.

Brace for sciatic nerve
This is the only thing that stopped my sciatic pain if the nerve is deeper, don’t be afraid to put in a flat worry stone I had to do that, but this works. This is actually my second one so I never go without in case I misplaced my first one you won’t be sorry by purchasing seeing this product.

I positioned them exactly as directed
I received very little help with my bilateral sciatica. I went to the spine specialist and he prescribed some steroids (prednisolone), and some high power 750 Mg. Muscle relaxers and high powerful nsaid for pain and I am able to sleep and get around much better. I can get a little help from them but I have to tighten it so tight my circulation is nearly closed off causing my feet to get numb!!!

Didn't work, BUT...
Note: This is FDA *cleared* which does NOT mean that it has been proven to work; it simply means that it can be marketed as a pain relief device because it is similar to other devices, and NONE of those 'similar' devices have evern been FDA *approved* (approved means they have been subject to testing, i.e. they actually work). More than likely this works by placebo effect. My GF had an ongoing back pain, I was skeptical about this (and other) device, but I bought it anyway as a long shot. It did not work. It turns out she just had a lumbar strain injury that eventually resolved on its own. This device seems too big for smaller people, and could be narrower considering it just applies pressure using a 1.5" button. She is 4-11 and petite, and it definitely did not fit under her pants leg, and although the brace fit her leg, it was so bulky that it was impossible to place it in the correct position without overlapping her knee joint. The material is comfortable, and she wore it while sleeping with no issues (again, no relief because no Sciatica, but that's expected). I tried it for fun - I'm a guy at 6-1 and athletic shape - and it fit great. So for my body type the fit was good. It still would be somewhat bulky under long pants, but would certainly be ok under baggy sweatpants, loose jeans, etc. Two stars because it's decently manufactured, but I doubt it really works. It falls into the snake-oil category of acupuncture, chirotherapy, etc. Unfortunately they got my money, and I'm too lazy to refund, but I wouldn't buy it. Go to a doctor.
