We, as experienced athletes, know how demotivating it is, not achieving any or very few pull-ups, not able to train outside, when there is good weather or unable to vary the degree of difficulty of certain basic exercises such as pull-ups or backdrops, without having to load or increase the weight. Because of these reasons, we have decided to bring our own resistance bands to market.

THE RIGHT ELASTIC BAND FOR YOU:

Red: The Red Band is our weakest band and the right band for warm-up and mobility exercises. It only takes a few pounds off and is the right band for that last help in your pull-ups or muscle-ups if you are already close to achieving them.
Yellow: The yellow band provides much more help and can be useful for learning exercises such as bottoms or pull-ups if you already have good training bases and reach to half a pull up.
GREEN: The Green Band is the most common for learning Pull-Ups, because it removes enough pounds from above and allows you to do more reps, so your advances and fun in training will be greater.
Orange: The orange band gives you the highest resistance and is the right choice for learning Pull-Ups when you don't have much or no experience. Although it can also be used to hinder exercises for people with a good physical condition, such as squats.
