Works better for me than some of the popular brands that cost much more. Doesn’t stop working after a few days like others. Lets me get focused and get things done. I know if I forgot to take it because I can’t stay on task. Absolutely recommend if you have ADD/ADHD.

Works really well! I'm relatively young but have issues with recall and occasional short term memory, which can be a major hindrance while I'm in school. Cycling these in every few months with ALCAR helps me focus in class even without other adhd interventions. After stopping these for a couple of weeks I do feel a difference, so I know it has a significant effect on my cognition. I especially like that they use veggie capsules with no fillers. The size may be a little large for some, although I don't typically have an issue swallowing them.

If you buy this product, you need to open the capsules and make sure the product isn't wet with yellow spots. I opened a couple of them, and not only are they wet, but the dosing is all over the place. For the listed dosing to be correct, there should be 800mg in each capsule. There was 500mg or less in the ones I opened. This product was very disappointing.

Noticed a difference in memory and focus.

After checking with my physician, I started taking two capsules daily as the directions suggested. After a month I increased to a total of four capsules a day, but they did not increase my memory. For the price they are worth it to try, but they didn’t help me.
