Order with caution keeping in mind it is SUMMER which means HEAT........
I didn't read the description very close until after ordering these Kit Kats because the price was far less than all others on Amazon. This was NOT a PRIME Amazon product nor was it shipped by Amazon. If you read carefully it says, If shipped by Amazon it will have a cool pack. This was shipped free by the seller and they did not include a cool pack which was their right to ship the way they wanted. The box of 36 Kit Kats was shipped in a very well labeled and good strong box. Shipping took about a week which had me in a panic since this is the middle of Summer and a heatwave so its doubtful a cool pack would have done any good. On receiving the package I placed it quickly, overnight in the frig before opening. Inside the seller's box was the manufacturers boxed and packaged Kit Kats so they were well protected. When I opened a pack the wafered chocolate it was solid and tasted great. I ordered these 7/2026 and the freshness date is 7/2027! The seller did as best they could to send a quality product well packaged. Had they arrived a melted mess it would not have been their fault but mostly my own for taking a risky chance the candy wouldn't be a melted mess. I was lucky and did the right thing by refrigerating them immediately on receiving.

I've ordered this product several times and everyone of these have been fresh and in excellent condition. No broken or melted bars in the box.

Kit Kats are my favorite
Things to remember… 1- take the weather into account, if it’s hot they will melt. 2- be careful ordering with other items, Amazon threw mine in with heavy items and crushed one of them. Other than that, enjoy!
