This is great! I bought a different one that did not sit nicely on the table top. This is large enough to clearly see all the letters. There are clear pockets on the front for placing the letters so you aren't limited to vowels ONLY being in the middle You can "write" words that start and end with vowels as well. It also came with matching pictures to reinforce the written words and smaller cards to identify Vowels or Consonants. Since it folds up with velcro it is easy to set up and take down. Also two large pockets on the back for storing the cards. They don't close super nicely, but not a big issue.

I absolutely love this kit. I’ve been volunteering as a literacy teacher for adults. This kit made a huge difference in my students’ ability to put together words. I love how many pictures there are. Thank you!

I purchased this after seeing it recommended and was excited to try it with my 3 year old. The product arrived exactly as described, and the quality itself is nice. However, for younger children who are just beginning to learn blending and early reading skills, I found it to be more of a distraction than a teaching tool. My child was more focused on moving the pieces around than actually practicing letter sounds and blending words. I do think this would work much better for an older child who already understands basic phonics and can use it more independently. For toddlers or younger preschoolers, it may be a little advanced. Overall, it’s a well-made product, but for a 3 year old I personally wouldn’t recommend it yet. I would revisit this again when my child is older.

Great for use with CVC and CCVC activities. Colorful and interactive, this product not only supports phonics but phonemic awareness. Depending on the level of support needed, teacher can say the word or show the picture and ask the student to identify the sounds before identifying the corresponding letters and building the word on the board. Large letters with vowels in red make building words easy and fun.

This product was a great size and was easy to break down for storage. I really like the coloured cards so we could see the vowels or the C letters. My students really like this one on one and I was able to do interactive lessons with it as well. Good material and easy to understand.

Amazing tool! Perfect for little hands to use and manipulate themselves. Large enough for whole class instruction. But also small enough to use for small group instruction. I haven’t used the pictures much, but the letter cards are great!

I love this item!! It is the perfect size for my desk and to hold when teaching. The quality is great! There was an issue with my order. I got 2 sets of letters cards and no picture cards. The company quickly handled my issue and sent me a new package. The reading specialist in my school ordered her own. Great product to use with UFLI.
