Baahubali 2: The Conclustion

A baby is found in the river by a village that lives at the bottom of a gigantic waterfall. He is adopted, named Shivudu, and not told of his history. Shivudu (played by Prabhas) spends his life trying to climb to the top of the waterfall. When he finally succeeds, he finds the large kingdom of Mahishmati, and falls in love with a girl (played by Tamannaah) from a rebel group who are trying to rescue their queen from Mahishmati's evil king. Shivudu, brave and fearless, vows to rescue the queen himself. Despite the predictable plot, this Telugu action-drama is all around fantastic. The acting was solid, the scenery and settings gorgeous, and the music (songs and incidental) excellent. Some of the CGI animals weren't fully credible, but the rest of the CGI usage looked natural and impressive. The action scenes generally looked believable, and were always exciting. Overall, for viewers comfortable with violent action films, this is a movie not to be missed.

Subtitles work. Use the Closed Caption setting in the upper right corner of the player. Movie is awesome. Just as good as the first with lots of colors, powerful music, and over-the-top action that I love about these Bollywood films. Amazing sets, a huge cast of extras, and the infinite screen presence of the characters. I love how it's brightly lit and how they use slow motion. It's movie magic at its best. A tragic fairy tale but amazingly told. I will be buying these on disc.

I too waited for this sequel for two years, and I am not disappointed. If you think The Beginning was good, you will be in awe of the Conclusion. Most sequels fail to meet your expectations not so with Bahubali the Conclusion. Everything was awesome, the retelling of the essential parts of the Beginning so that the viewer could understand the characters and the storyline were more than adequate. The costumes were gorgeous as were all of the main characters. The love between Devasena and Bahubali touched your heart. The battle scenes were fantastic. Please watch this movie. No wonder it is one of India's greatest films!

In the theater I thought that this was the best show I had ever seen. Then when I watched it on here, I forgot how good the show was. It's everything a movie should be: epic, romantic, funny, intriguing, no cursing or nudity, good moral to the story (lots of violence though). Highly recommend this film. However the Amazon subtitles are terrible. It maybe difficult to follow if you havn't already seen the film (which had better subtitles in theaters).

Wow. What a movie. This and the conclusion are perhaps the best pair of Bollywood moves I have ever seen. The special effects are great. A little cheesy by Hollywood standards but a great plot, great action scenes. I loved the music and the dance scenes were terrific too. Its hard to find fault with any of the movie

If you watch this and understand that this is a foreign movie with a different culture, I can't see how anyone couldn't love this. It's epic, vividly filmed, colorful, and fascinating. The music scores are entrancing and beautifully presented in the movie. Exhilarating Bollywood at its best!

Movie 5 stars dvd 4 because you loose color. Hindi version sounds best. Love this movie. Stunning and great acting. Watch over and over. The voices are not good on the English speaking version. You loose something. Favorite actors ✨️ Prahbus, Sathyaraj, Anusara Shetty, Ramya Krishnan. A must watch!!!

Excellent film, the whole family watched, and they generally pass on subtitled films, and my wife hates subtitles.

J'ai acheté le premier Bahubali que j'ai adoré et je voulais acheter la suite pour comprendre le début de l'histoire car il faut savoir que le Bahubali 2 est en fait le début de l'histoire. J'adore les costumes, les paysages et l'histoire qui se déroule il y a quelques centaines d'années dans l'Inde traditionnelle avant l'arrivée des Britanniques. C'est un peu mythique mais surtout, c'est original. La bande sonore est en langue hindie mais il y a des sous-titres en anglais.

I am totally in awe of the movie which is even bigger than the first one which was also brilliant. Already saw this movie 4 times including once in a multiplex & not getting over it. Excellent Direction by the Best Director of India S.S.Rajamouli, excellent potrayal by all the actors, visually stunning, superb background music, visual effects, good music & not a single dull moment in the movie.The DVD is absolutely brilliant with superb Dolby Digital sound enhancing the movie viewing experience. Totally worth the price.

The movies are very good and love the story, good price for both of them love it.

DVD picture quality was very good.The Dolby 5.1 sound was awesome. The Dolby sound was better than any movie DVD purchased till date.I also liked the Menu on the DVD to go to songs and scenes.
