Okay, this might be the best thing I have purchased in my entire life! (I'm 74). Wasn't really sure how good it would work - but it is awesome. Comes with 2 inserts that you put your buttered bread on, put your cheese on the bread, preheat the toaster than pop the inserts with your bread in the toaster. No more digging out pans and making a mess. In less than 5 minutes you have your grilled cheese sandwich. Can't use bread that is too thick as it won't fit. I would definitely buy this again and may buy one as a wedding gift for someone.

I love this product! I got my first one as a gag gift from my mom back in middle school and let me tell you it was the best Christmas present I got that year! I ended up using it so often I broke it sadly. I used it probably every day for almost 3 years! My family also loved it very much, so when I saw it recently I just knew I had to buy myself one again. Super simple to use and it works great if you are like me and can't make a grilled cheese sandwich without burning one side.

First of all I bought it brand new and it came like new not exactly new it was used by someone for a couple times obviously on second note the handle broke on my second or 3rd use of the thing. I can tell you this doesn’t work the grilled cheese sandwich doesn’t fit into the machine. The cheese does not melt and it was a total waste of money it is going to the scrap yard after its third use. I will not invest in your products anymore. Very Unhappy customer here.

The slots can be wider. Every time I use it, the bread breaks apart while being taken out. Creating a mess. I mean two slices of bread and a slice of cheese! it's not like it's a sandwich from one of the major food chains. I would buy it again if it had a wider insert. You be the judge, it's not bad but it could be better.
