I don't really know if it's "kosher", but the can says...Gluten Free...Lactose Free...Fat Free...No Animal Ingredients...No GMO..It's an all purpose seasoning that is really great on just about everything. The ingredients on the can...Salt, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, parsnip, onion, potato, celery, parsley leaves)...monosodium glutamate (flavor inhancer), sugar, cornstarch, black pepper, nutmeg, disodium inosinate (food additive), riboflavin (color)....250 servings per container (serving size 1/2 tsp), 0 calories, total fat 0 g, Sodium 230 mg (10 %), 0 Carbs, 0 Protein Hope this helps!

What is the salt and potassium content please.

On the back of the package, it shows 700 mg of sodium per serving, which is a teaspoon ! 29%!!! It also states not a significant source of saturated, fat, trans fat, cholesterol, dietary, fiber, total sugars, added sugars, vitamin D, calcium, iron, and potassium. Hope this helps!!! Charzy

I love this product (vegeta) i'm trying to find out the shelf life after you mix it with water. does anyone know? i don't always use it up.
