Can read my nano memory card and SD cards too
I bought a phone that takes a nano size memory card. The phone started having some problems so I replaced it, but that card had a ton of memory and when I bought it, was very expensive. (The price has come down a bit but since it still works, hey why not use it.) This device lets me way more easily transfer files/photos between my phone and computer, or back up my phone onto a memory card. Since it reads SD and micro SD cards too, my files on tablet, laptop, phone, and desktop computer can very quickly be transferred without having to use an online service. If I want to give a large file to a friend I can drop it onto the storage media and hand the drive to them, rather than trying to talk them into logging into some website where they have to make an account and spend time downloading the file which uses data and takes forever. This dude, zipzop and Bob's your uncle.

Worked Exactly like I needed
It worked exactly how I needed it to and was waaaay smaller than I expected. I also wasn't expecting that I could hook it up to my phone transfer/save files that way as well.

Faulty?
Based on other reviews which appear to be fairly decent, it appears I received a faulty product. Neither of our computers will acknowledge that the device is even plugged in when attempting to use it. It's as if the card reader is unresponsive when connected. Very disappointing considering I'm attempting to retrieve old photos of someone who recently passed.

Not what I was expecting, hoping someone can help (they didn't)
My only child passed away in an accidental shooting, and I am trying to get the data/media off of his phone. It is on a Nano Sim Card, from an Alcatel phone. I've been trying to find something to move those pictures, movies, messages onto my hard drive. I thought that this was it. But nothing happens when I plug the USB drive into my laptop. I also tried inserting the USB-C into a Galaxy phone, but nothing happened. Do I also need an SD or Micro SD Memory Card? I just want to see my child's last memories. Update: I never heard anything back from the company but I did purchase an SD card, thinking maybe it only moves data within the device. Like maybe it could only move the media from the Nano Sim Card to the SD. It didn't work. My computer wouldn't recognize it. I tried plugging it directly into the USB-C drive on my computer, and it recognized something was there, but said the card was empty. I know that was not true, because the police were able to get his data off of his phone.
