This stuff is pretty nifty. It's pretty hard at room temp (like coconut oil) and melts with your body heat (almost like coconut oil - this stuff takes a few seconds longer to melt but it's still quite lovely). My skin does feel quite a bit softer after putting it on and it does eventually soak in as well so you don't have an oily feel to your skin all day like you can with some other oils that never do really soak in at all. Great stuff. I wish it was just a little easier to spread and melted a bit faster but honestly the quality is fabulous and I knew the texture of it going in so not a reason to deduct any stars, but if you don't like oil that has to melt and starts out quite firm, then this might not be the product for you. Otherwise it's amazeballs.

Good product, especially for the price. It's a harder consistency in the jar like other people mentioned; especially if your house is cold. You need to use your nail to scrape it out, but once it warms up, it turns into almost an oil! (see my video opening and using the product) I use it on my hair. Seems like a lot of trouble to use on body, as you'd have to warm up large amounts. It also doesn't smell like mango, which was disappointing. It as a neutral-ish scent that disappates once it's rubbed in. I like that it's raw/organic and one ingredient so that's why I'm leaving 4 stars. Description could use more work.

The mango butter is soft and smooth. Not to thick. It applies easily onto my skin. The small jar is perfect to travel with.

It arrived in a good amount of time, in good packaging. It's to hard to spread, similar to shea butter, but a little stiffer. The smell is light which is a great thing if you want to pair it with essential oils like me. It does an ok job at moisturizing, but it's not the best mango butter I've used.

I really like Plant Guru Raw Mango Butter. I bought the 4oz size to give it a go and I’m very pleased and will buy it again. In the past I’ve used organic raw coconut oil and cocoa butter sticks so I’m very familiar with solid natural moisturizers like this. Personally, I like the solid texture and I use a small wood butter spoon from Sweden to scrape out the amount of product I want. I warm it up in my hands and then work it into my face and neck. It has recently come in handy to keep my nose and upper lip from chaffing due to a cold and lots of nose blowing. It’s a quality product with no scent that I could detect present. It absorbs quickly, without a heavy or greasy feel. After I apply the butter to my face I work the leftover product in my hands and am pleased with the youthful softening it is giving my 50+ year old hands. Nice!

Fast delivery! I ordered several items and this was the first to arrive. I think mango butter might be my new favorite product. It's still a little soon to confirm that, but so far so good. It has no detectable scent, which is what I prefer. The consistency is similar to raw shea butter but I like this better because it is less sticky and dissolves quicker. I just scrape off a little blob and rub it between my palms and it immediately "melts". A little goes a long way. I've been using it on my skin. Feels great on dry hands! A little too heavy to wear under make-up but leaves you with a nice dewy complexion if your skipping the make-up. I haven't tried it on my hair yet, but will soon. Very nice product!
