Will this help to get rid of hyperpimentation and even out skin tone in dark-skinneded people?

I'm dark skinned about a nutmeg shade in Maybelline Fit me poreless foundation and it really helped even out my skin tone. I have dark circles around my eyes. I made my own serum of oils with rosehip oil, black castor oil, tea tree oil, frankincense oil and olive oil which keeps my face so moisturized and has helped minimize the darkness around my eyes and evened out my skin tone. I feel the rosehip is was key because I recently added it and that's when I saw a difference. I hope this helps you

Does it small like roses? I bought 100% cold press rosehip oil from Chili it says cruilty free, nothing added. It has no smell.

Rosehip oil isn't the same as Rose essential oil. The Rosehip oil shouldn't smell like the essential oil and isn't a lesser quality because it doesn't smell like a rose.

Do you put this in your conditioner and shampoo? And is this good for dry scalp?

I use it a lot for everything. Yes you can add it to your conditioner and shampoo. It is good for dry skin so I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for dry scalp. Try it!

it says "bottled in usa" but is it also made in usa?
