It came sealed, very very useful and made of a sturdy plastic on the outside and the teeth are soft rubber. Also, the color is a beautiful white exactly as shown in the photo.

This thing is awesome. My hair is pretty long (reaches my butt) and I have a sensitive scalp that desperately needs a massage at the end of the end day from my heavy hair weighing down. I know I should probably get it cut but whatever. I like my hair long! This is the thing I’ve been needing for many years. The spikes are soft and it’s perfect for a good scalp massage. I don’t even care about all that “exfoliates scalp, makes hair grow faster, healthier hair/etc” whatever I just need a thing to massage this head. In conclusion, it works great and I am satisfied with this purchase.
