Good product, but quite expensive. You can find it cheaper in the market

As others have mentioned it is basically a foam sleeve that provides a little support but definitely not compression. If you need a little extra support this will do but if you have bad knees that need medial or lateral support you probably should look for something with a metal inserts that run along the inside and outside of your knee

I am really sad this brace slid down while wearing it. My knee felt really good with it on but it just would not stay up. I ordered a 6x and my measurements are within their guidelines. My 6xl measurements were 35" x 22" So I was at the highest size and the lowest. I had my spouse measure it for me and we did it just like the directions say to do (6 Inches above and below) Maybe since my leg is heavier the middle of my knee was harder to find.. but we thought we did it right. I would not discourage you from ordering this because this brace felt really good on my sore knee. I am bone on bone osteo arthritis with a bakers cyst so my leg hurts a lot. I did not call because I fell within the measurements but if you are close like I was........ I would call to get advice. I am really sad right now because I wanted to be able to wear this, I bought a different brace previously with metal bands that make it stay up but it pinches my skin to wear it........
