Perfect fit and comfortable. Had no problem with a replacement and the customer service representative was understanding and took care of my problem with a replacement without difficulty.

This is by far the most comfortable and light weight walking cat I’ve had to wear. So much so that when I eventually wore out my first one I bought the same one again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Brace Align Ultra Light Short Full Shell Walking Boot. While the boot is marketed as being ultra-light and comfortable, my experience with the product has been quite the opposite. First and foremost, the boot is anything but comfortable. The material is stiff and unforgiving, and the fit is extremely tight, making it difficult to wear for extended periods of time. This is particularly problematic for anyone recovering from a foot or ankle injury, as the tight fit can exacerbate swelling and discomfort. Additionally, the boot's lightweight design comes at the cost of durability. The material is thin and flimsy, and after just a few uses, I noticed significant wear and tear. This is particularly concerning given the high price point of the boot. Finally, I found the overall design of the boot to be lacking. The closure system is difficult to adjust and doesn't provide adequate support or stability. The boot also lacks any sort of padding or cushioning, making it uncomfortable to wear on hard surfaces like concrete or pavement. In conclusion, while the Brace Align Ultra Light Short Full Shell Walking Boot may seem like a good option for anyone recovering from a foot or ankle injury, its uncomfortable fit, lack of durability, and overall poor design make it a product to avoid. There are much better walking boots on the market that provide superior comfort, support, and durability.

I love that the hardshell goes all the way around. Most shorter boots don’t have a full shell but that’s important to keep your ankle from flexing. It’s comfortable. The bottom is thinner than the knee-height boot from my orthopedic so I am less lopsided when I wear my shoe on the other foot. Traction was good. I don’t like that it is a bit difficult to get on and off. And no matter how much I pull the straps I never feel like it’s tight enough.

The plastic cage is cheap and flimsy. The boot has too many steps to put it on and take it off and is expensive painful unless you fully detach the hard shell which has sticky tabs to keep it attached to the foam. Attempting to put it on without the cage just the one time, i feel like it would be destroyed in less than a week as the sticky tabs no longer stick. Even with the adjustable strap, the parts have ty fit inside the air pump perfectly, which is impossible, all while doing painfully and uncomfortably. Not ideal and an injury like this already makes everything difficult enough as is
