Worth it! These are great for beginners who want to get into resistance training. The progression of the lighter/heavier bands are perfect. They seem durable and are great to use at home. I find them thick enough, and I don't fear any of the bands breaking.

These resistance bands arrived within the stated delivery time, and I’ve been using them for almost a year now. I downloaded a couple of full-body strength-training videos designed for resistance bands and started incorporating them into my workouts. You can definitely feel the muscles working, and they’ve been a great alternative to going to the gym.What I really like is how little space they take up. They’re easy to store at home and would also be great for traveling when you want to stay active without carrying bulky equipment.The quality has also impressed me. After almost a year of use, they’re still in good shape and the resistance is holding up well.If you’re thinking about setting up a simple home gym, I would recommend these. You may need to spend some time finding videos that show how to adapt different exercises to resistance bands. I’d also recommend having a mirror to check your form, a good yoga mat, and possibly a sturdy chair for certain exercises.Overall, they’re a practical and affordable option, especially if you’re trying to save money on a gym membership. Fairly disappointing as the elasticity of the bands was very limited: once stretched beyond a few inches, the elasticity is gone..

الصراحة جيدة جداً مقابل الجودة والسعر، المقاومة تؤدي الغرض وتتحمل الإستخدام المطولما راح أحتاج أشتري الوزن الأكبر، إن رغبت بزيادة المقاومة كل اللي أحتاجه إني أسفطهاالسلبية أنها أول ما وصلتني كانت وكأنها مغطاه بمادة سائلة دبقة من نفس المصنع، وهذي المادة تجمع الأوصاخ بسهولة
