Amoretti Premium Natural Pistachio Flour, 1 Pound

I was surprised how fine the grind was of this pistachio powder. I used it to make Italian pistachio cookies and ice cream, both turned out amazing. The powder smelled fresh and tasted like pure pistachio nuts. I’ve used the paste version (which was more expensive) before, and even though it tasted good, it was tough to blend into the ice cream custard because it was too lumpy. I had to strain the lumps out and was a pain to handle. The powder on the other hand, blended perfectly well in the custard. Will buy again to make those Italian cookies for Christmas and to make more ice cream.

This worked great! I used it to make pistachios macarons. They turned out great!

I ordered this to make Dubai chocolate chip cookies. I looked at the paste and it had ingredients that I didn't want. This is pure finely ground pistachios. Put it in a blender/food processor and drizzle a neutral oil in it until it's the consistency you want it to be. I have used extra virgin olive and avocado oils. THIS TASTE WONDERFUL!!!!

This is my first time trying this product and I'm so pleased. It is fresh tasting and delicious. It is worth the higher price compared to some other brands. I store it in the refrigerator to keep the oil in the nuts from getting rancid. I do this with all nuts.

Finely ground, good green color, fresh aroma and flavor.

Fine flour! Perfect also for french macarons!
