Great product for us. Huge success for our baby. Worth the investment!!
Also the app is now completely free to all buyers. Update (latest): baby is now 3.5 months and after using Snoo for over two months now, baby is doing non stop 9 hours straight. He is very aware and calm throughout the day since he is well rested. Attaching a picture from Snoo app as well for latest three nights for reference. Super hit with our child. Update: 3 weeks in and our baby has just started hitting 5-6 hours on a stretch. He ill wake up but snoo will calm him and put to sleep under 5 minutes. We did however made few changes and Snoo alone won’t do magic. We started to keep him awake up until 8:00 PM or at least no sleep for 2-3 hours before 10 PM. This will be possible once your baby is well rested (not immediately after you get Snoo). After that baby does 5-6 hours of sleep and is still under 2 months. He will get up for 4-5 minutes. We do check his diaper but due to deep sleep he is so drowsy that after charging diaper, he is back to sleep in Snoo. SNOO is a hit with our first child and who is a month old. He is very fussy mostly due to gas and was not able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time. Crying was painful and me and my wife were not able to keep up with the our own sleep. We got this yesterday and within 48 hours we both are fully caught up on sleep. For our baby Snoo calms him down under 30 sec. He is already doing 3-4 hours sleep at a time without crying at all. We have to wake him up to feed or change his diaper and for the most part we can control our routine now. This is a game changer for us and we both are sleeping together 8-9 hours a night (with 2 breaks for feeding and diaper but no crying since he stays drowsy from deep sleep). I have read that this is a hit or miss. Luckily it’s a hit for us. Also our baby loves car rides and bumpy roads of Chicago and Snoo does similar with AI and softwares, So if your baby likes car rides, they may love Snoo. Looks very sleek and good build quality as well as the swaddle fabric is very soft and comfortable. It’s heavy and not easy to move around. Meant to be in one spot for most of the time. It’s only been 2 days so will update this in a month in case I don’t forget.

It lets us SLEEP - we'd buy it again even if the price tripled
The Snoo is amazing and makes a world of difference in allowing us to get sleep and to keep our baby well rested and happy. I think pretty much everyone who's used it agrees that it's amazing. The only negative reviews are about the price and when they started charging for the app, but the Snoo is still a great deal if you can afford it. The setup was incredibly easy, it's not too heavy, it looks nice, is safer for SIDS, blah blah blah - AND IT ALLOWS US TO SLEEP. The only reason not to buy the Snoo is the price. But you already know the price - the question is just whether it's worth spending the money for pretty much some guaranteed extra sleep. For us - the answer is definitely yes and we'd buy it again in a heartbeat, although it's so durable and reliable that probably won't be necessary.

Wasn't so sure at first....
UPDATE 2: changing to 5 stars. Now using this product with our second baby. It has performed perfectly. She was sleeping through the night at 7 weeks and I can't tell you how many times the Snoo has soothed her to sleep when we couldn't. It's amazing and I'm so glad we purchased. HOT TIP: use the Amazon baby registry completion discount to purchase! UPDATE 1: changing to 4 stars from 3. Even though we had technical difficulties, we do love this product and it brings so much comfort to our little one. I only wish customer service was available weekends. When our power cord went out on Friday night of a 3 day weekend, I wanted to sob. But they made it right and all's well that ends well. We're at the weaning stage now. OP: We love the Snoo. Unfortunately, it has broken twice already. The first time was a problem with the wifi, then the bed just wouldn't turn on. The company replaced the whole unit but we lost precious nights in a very expensive bassinet and it was a hassle. Tonight something has gone wrong with the power cord and the bed will once again not turn on. Not what one would expect from a $1K product. Very disappointed.

Not getting the results I expected
The product is relatively easy to setup: just download the app and follow the instructions. It literally take less than 30 minutes to have it set up. I think the concept is really cool. I mean, the idea is to try to comfort the baby when he is about to wake up, then try to soothe the baby when he is fussy. Great idea, right? Well if it only worked as described. I tried to use it with my 4 week old son, I followed all of the instructions "by the book", but the app kept saying that "baby is calm", when he was really giving early cues. Then when the baby was showing signs of discomfort, I was expecting the product to react, but it was too late. I gave it a minute or two to see if the machine could handle it, but it was a huge mistake - the baby got even angrier and I had to use all my resources to make the baby calm again. I tried another 2 times and the pattern was the same: machine not reacting quick enough until it was too late, then it was my turn to clean up the mess of an angry baby. I really wanted to like the product since the creators graduated in the same university as me and I wanted to show support, but it is not working for me, unfortunately. I'm happy to work with them to try to make it work. I'll give them a call and will report back here if things change.

Fantastic with a few small flaws
We are starting month 6 in the Snoo with my twins. There are a few annoying things about it, especially the fact that you can't control two Snoos on the same account on your phone--you need to log out and log back in (I actually use an old iPhone to control the second Snoo, this phone basically only exists as a Snoo remote control now). I also wish the sound and speeds were even more customizable. Also, the app doesn't give you all the times the snoo was turned on and off and when it speeds up--that's super dumb, why can't we see that info? You can only see some of it. However, I love the Snoo and would buy it again. Especially for twins, when we need all the help we can get with sleep. It was the one big splurge we made before the babies came, but I feel like we'll get most of the money back when we resell the Snoos. I was lucky that my babies are, so far, pretty good sleepers. That might be totally due to the Snoo. I don't know. I have watched it soothe them back to sleep with my own eyes. Recently, in fact, one baby has started waking up an hour into her nighttime sleep and SCREAMING and the only thing that calms her is Snoo level 3. It's amazing. I am scared for when we have to give it up. Actually, that was my biggest hesitation with the Snoo was getting them to stop using it. But there is a weaning mode that helps with that. Another great thing is that ZERO babies have died from SIDS in the Snoo. It is, so far, 100% safe, which is a good feeling. I never have to worry about safe sleeping. However, I do feel like it could encourage flat heads even more than regular back sleeping because the baby is strapped down. Pro tip: Wait until Happiest Baby has a Snoo sale (they have 30% off ALL the time and rarely 40% off). They will also have the sale on Amazon. Then combine it with your Amazon Registry Completion Discount (10-15%) to get an even bigger discount.

Pricy but worth it
I tried not to buy this but ended up buying a few weeks in because my anxiety of our baby squishing up in the side of the bassinet got me. I’m so reliant on it now that I travel with it which is annoying but provides peace of mind. Baby is four months and I’ve tried transitioning to crib for naps but she doesn’t do well with that. Hoping to wean off of this but it’s so nice to be able to put her down somewhat awake and have it rock her to sleep. If there were a version of this that just strapped her in and didn’t even have a mechanical component u would have bought it right away, assuming it was much cheaper. I’m very much more interested in the swaddle that doesn’t let her roll/move than the white noise and movement.

It works! Also great customer service
I bought this the week before my baby was due using my amazon baby registry completion discount (15% off!) The Snoo has totally lived up to the hype for me. My baby loves it and it's so easy to put him to sleep. It's been especially helpful for me because I can't bear to do any kind of "cry it out" sleep training. For my first child (with no snoo) this meant lots of hours rocking the baby to sleep and often falling asleep with her in my bed because I was so tired the quiet rocking would put me to sleep before her. Waking up with the baby in my bed would always freak me out because of SIDS fears. Anyway, long story short, the Snoo has totally solved this problem for me with my second kid. I just put my tired baby in the Snoo and he peacefully drifts off, no belabored rocking routine required. One thing that surprised me when I received my Snoo was that it came with three swaddles and a sheet for the mattress. With all the accessories included, I felt like it was a pretty decent value for the money. And now that my baby is 4 months old and has slept wonderfully in the Snoo, I think it's a fantastic value and I recommend it to every (well-off financially, eek) pregnant lady I know.

It's great...except when it's not.
tl;dr; - The SNOO worked great for a couple weeks. Then our infant refused to sleep on his back. Rendered the features of SNOO worthless. At that point it just became an overpriced bassinet. Pros: - Very good looking piece of furniture. Clean and sleek. Not overly frilly. - It really does calm fussy babies (assuming they aren't hungry/need other attention). - As a first-time parent overly concerned about SIDS and every other unlikely, but potential disastrous situations, knowing the SNOO is keeping them on their back was very calming to me. As long as your baby will sleep on their back... - The app interface is intuitive and easy to use. - The unboxing experience was nice. Very easy to setup. (Ran into a few struggles syncing the app...it wouldn't discover my SNOO. This was resolved within a few minutes). Cons: - Price. $1299? Seriously? Given it becomes a glorified bassinet after 5 months when babies can start to roll over, I'd expect an extra kidney at that price. That is, of course, unless you happen to buy it during their "anniversary month" (September, I think) for $749 or something ridiculous like that. That was fun to find out 3 weeks after I purchased ours... - The level 3 motion is disturbingly strong. Multiple people have commented this. I understand "professionals" built this, but seeing my child's head whip around doesn't instill comfort or confidence. Fortunately it only got to this point twice, both times I just manually put it back down to level 2, which eventually soothed him. - Price of sheets/swaddles. Given that it only comes with one sheet and one swaddle (well, 3 swaddles, one for each size), when your child inevitably messes themself and/or spits up all over, it kind of sucks not having a replacement. And because the unit won't work unless you're using a SNOO sleep sack, you can't actually use the bassinet until you've cleaned it. Replacements cost $20-$30 unless you're willing to buy the big bundle for $70 (but after spending $1299, what's another $70 amirite?). - As mentioned above, the SNOO keeps babies on their back. This is great and backed by what the AAP recommends. Unfortunately for me, my child decided after 2 weeks they only want to sleep on their side and want nothing to do with being strapped into the SNOO. It's super adorable (because they still can't roll all the way over), until you realize you had to mortgage their future to pay for this bassinet. Overall, if you've been using hundred dollar bills as toilet paper, and regular toilet paper as dog toilet paper, I'd still recommend this. It really is a beautiful piece of equipment, and does great things when it works. We pulled the trigger at the recommendation of a friend who said their baby slept beautifully and it was worth every penny. Just be prepared that it might not work for you. FWIW - I believe you can rent a SNOO for $112/month.

Expensive but worth the money because it’s giving us the better sleep we need.
Quite expensive but worthy.
