It's not as firm as I expected but is comfortable enough for me to sleep on. There's a crinkle noise, minimal. My neck doesn't get stiff at night now. I do a quick fluff each evening when going to bed by pushing in from the ends to raise the center. Good pillow, does what is needed for side and back sleeping.

The firm are definitely firm

I purchased this pillow at the same time that I also purchased a set of two down and feather pillows from another company on Amazon. This one pillow was twice the cost of the other two pillow set (so 4x the cost of the cost of the individual pillows). The cover was softer and seemed to better contain the down, so I convinced myself the quality was worth the extra cost. However, I also decided to keep the others I had ordered as I needed to replace more pillows. I sleep with multiple pillows and I put both one of the other pillows and the Fluff Co pillow into use at the same time. Within 2 months the Fluff Co pillow began developing hard clumps that would leave me waking up with a pounding headache. I turned the pillow into something to hug. Now a year and a half later, it's too clumpy to even use to hug at night. Meanwhile, the pillow that was 1/4 of the price is still in perfect condition. Save your money. Shop another brand.

I love my pillows. I have tried for many years to find a good pillow. My husband even spent over 200.00 for a pillow.( sent them back). I bought these pillows over 6 months ago and I still am very happy with them. They are easy to fluff up, they have a center to them that doesn’t go flat. I can squish them around my neck, I can sleep on my back, stomach or sides. I would recommend these for sure.

A little more feather and a little less down than I would like. Not as comfy as a hotel pillow. Still rather comfortable. My biggest reason for the 3 stars is the noise it makes. The cover is thick and sounds like a diaper. Every time I move in my sleep the noise wakes me up. Bummed I paid so much.

I ordered 2 of the soft down filled. They are definitely not soft and very crunchy. After one night I have to return them. They flattened out and were not comfortable. My search for a good pillow contnues.

This pillow is exquisitely reminiscent of spending a night in a luxurious hotel. I often travel for work and because of that I stay at hotels where I enjoy the comfort of those pillows. I know many of you have thought about buying the whole bed set they use in the hotels. Now with this pillow I can bring that comfort home every night! What I like most about this pillow is its comfort and how I can adjust its firmness by fluffing my pillow to get the perfect elevation that is most comfortable for my head. It’s not like the inexpensive pillows we are accustomed to seeing that is either too stiff or too soft. I am overall very content with this product and happy that I found a pillow that meets the quality of the luxury hotel pillows. Lastly I appreciate the long lasting quality of this pillow, as I will be able to use it in comfort for many years before having to get another one to replace.

It's a good, hotel weight, feather pillow. I would buy another from a quality and comfort standpoint, although the price I was quoted for a purchase overseas was pretty high, and I suspect you can find other feather pillows of the same size and weight for less.
