I'm 5 feet tall and 200 pounds. And I purchased a size XL. I'm a 42G bra size and I wear a 13/15 in pants, and XL in shirts Hopefully, this reference helps. I ordered this shape wear and I'm so glad that I did. It gives you a nice firm hold without being stiff and uncomfortable. It accentuates my hips and I really love that as well. It has lots of support in the bra area. I think this is the perfect shape wear for thick girls who need a smoothing effect. I will be ordering more SHAPERX!!!

Love it!!! It really works it’s not easy to get on but once you do it’s not too tight or uncomfortable it can get a little tight & wedgie like in the front & the back sometimes but overall it’s worth it to hold in the bits your uncomfortable with after pregnancy!

I'm 5'5", 181lbs, 38C, curvy. I bought the L/XL. It was shockingly tiny coming out of the bag! Stepped into it and pulled up easily. Has a lot stretch so don't be afraid of how tiny it is. The bust fit nicely-stretchy. Liked that. The belly did suck in, but not as much as I thought it would, but it is noticeably flatter in a top. The thong was comfortable and easy to undo for bathroom breaks. My issue is that it rode up on my hips causing bunching that you could see and was uncomfortable. I tried pulling the whole thing higher to eliminate the hip bunching, but that was uncomfortable in the thong area. I'm sending this back and going to try one size smaller. UPDATE: I got the S/M and it fits perfectly!

For a plus-size girly, this yanked and smoothed the way that I needed it to. It's not a miracle worker (if you're a big girl, you're still gonna be big, girl!! lol ), but it is definitely slimming, and it gave just the needed smoothing and waist cinching/ accentuation under dresses and pantsuits that I needed. It even held up the tatas sufficiently, but when cleavage is needed, I still wear a proper bra underneath. Although at first glance and even wearing were a bit challenging, each time after became easier. A great addition to the undergarment collection, particularly the skin color and thong, it makes the cheeks pop! Get it!

The overall concept is great, and I can see how this could work well if the sizing was accurate. That said, the fit is way off. I’m 5’9” and normally wear a medium to large. I ordered the Large/Extra Large thinking it would be plenty of room, but it was extremely small. It didn’t even come up all the way, and I couldn’t squeeze into it at all. I would recommend sizing up at least one, maybe even two sizes. The bra portion is also much too small. I’m a 36C, and there’s just no way it would offer coverage or support for anyone with a bust. Overall, the material and idea are nice, but the sizing needs improvement. I’ll be trying again with a larger size, but just a warning — this runs very small.

Just that. I remember the days of the department stores and sifting through oddly shaped and sized store racks for sizes that probably didn't exist and you got whatever colors you could find. I don't know why department stores thought shapewear should be on those tiny hangers and store racks. Thank goodness for the internet. While there is the issue of sizing, that can usually be figured out with a good measuring tape and size chart. I order a size down for shapewear. It's stretchy and I like the slimmer lines. If you do historical costumes then it fits under the costume like a corset. Also living in Texas, you have to mitigate your layers with the Texas heat. If you dress up for anachronism as a job, or on a regular basis, this body suit is still good for waist training. For you, probably get 4 or 5 and wash after each wear to get used to the steady compression of a corset. Then you can layer the corset over it and the stretchy material gives a layer of protection to your skin and the corset. If you're a weekender going to a convention or Renaissance festival maybe once or twice a year, this bodysuit is perfect. The metric is "Can you eat, drink, sit, and toilet in it comfortably". Comfort is so important in all things fashion. Confidence comes out of that comfort. Not trying to say that weekenders shouldn't enjoy wearing a corset, but this bodysuit is a great facsimile if the idea of a corset seems too daunting. The bottom line is if you're going to be wearing shapewear regularly, buy it like you would regular underwear as in 5 at a time. Wash it after each wear to maintain the elastic. The bodysuit doesn't ride up, the crotch is a reasonable size, with no unfortunate seam up the clam crack. Getting into it or out of it isn't difficult. The hook and eye closures don't land in an awkward place. Definitely cosplay friendly

When I first got my package, I thought "there's no way I'm gonna fit into this" because it looked so tiny! Once I tried it on though, I really liked how it kept everything in place. I will say I loved this shapewear BUT if you have a bigger butt/hips like me you may or may not like the fit. It rolls up on the hip area. If you like a high cut Brazilian panty type fit then this is the shapewear for you, but if you're like me & don't like the shapewear to ride up on the hips then it's going to be uncomfortable for you. Either way, it's not a huge downside. It still fits & makes my butt pop out more so I like it.
