Will Cobra 3 bundle fit in a flight carry-on bag?

Hi, That depends on the size of the flight carry-on bag (I don't know how standard they are). 
I purchased a Komodo KS5 fluid head to go with my Cobra 3. The iFootage Cobra 3 carry bag, which btw, I feel is a very good bag (robust and well padded) it has a 'pop out' end to extend the length and accomodate the fluid head which makes the bag longer, I just measured mine (extended to accomodate the fluid head), it is 32.5 inches or 82.5cm long, maybe roughly 5 inches in diameter. Hope that helps.

I can not find any reference to Cobra 3 by ifootage being released. Is this official orginal from ifootage?

Yes, this Cobra 3 is official orginal from ifootage. It's Pre Sales Edition for fans. The trade editions of Cobra 3 series Monopods will be released in March 2023. 
The pre -sales edition and the trade edition are completely the same in design, appearance and function, but are difference in the distinguish codes of the product.

Is there an option to lock the ball head at the base in any desired position like in cobra 2, or it has only 2 options: locked in center and unlocked?

Dear Customer, 
In Cobra 3 C180, with the pedal, you can lock the monopod in vertical or unlock for 360° swiveling and 40° tilting. And adjust damping of swiveling and tilting with the damping knob. But can't lock the the ball head at the base in any desired position.

I have the cobra C180 ii can I just buy the pedal locking ball head and feet?

The monopod base with pedal locking system also will be sold separately. It is universal for both Cobra 2 and Cobra 3 monopods. When it's in stock, you can buy one to connect with your Cobra 2 C180 ii.
