This timer is easy to program, with a wide variety of on/off options available. Its internal battery holds a program during power outages, so the on/off times don't shift. It's much quieter than old-fashioned mechanical timers.

Excellent performance and easy to set up. Mine toggle my internet router Saturday mornings at 2am off, and on again at 2:02 am. Among other things, this resets the household IP addresses and freshens the network.

This product works very well and is quiet. My only complaint is the tiny text size and the clarity of the instructions. I found a video on line that walked me through the set up that was easy to follow so all good in the end.

Use it on home lighting while away on trips to ward off burglars, to keep from overcharging batteries like on cell phones, use it on fish tank lights or even on an automatic door for your chicken coop. I have used this timer for months. One unit is used on my room air filter to get out dust and pollen and the other timer is used to recharge my cell phone hotspot throughout the day so the battery does not overheat. The timer has been flawless and the only reason I can see some people had trouble with it is that they may have failed to follow directions and confused the words used to show screen status with button use. The timer has three settings which must be activated by the lower right button as indicated: “ON, “AUTO” and “OFF”. The words written under the menu screen “ON”, “AUTO”, “OFF” are not for the buttons used, they are to highlight that the screen above each word will show “ON”, “AUTO”, or “OFF” status and make it easy to read. These three words are not even centered on any of the buttons. The description for what each button does is written below it, not above it. Verdict: I recommend this unit as it has been a delight and easy to use. If you want a programmable timer this is the one to get. Amazon has a great price on this product with plenty in stock for quick shipping.

I bought this 2-pack to control the LED lights in my classroom, and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. Once I programmed the timers, everything just worked—my lights turn on and off exactly when I need them to without me touching a thing. I bought these timers to run the drip irrigation on my grow table I use to grow tomato plants and pepper plants from seed. The timers work very well. The 2 pack are a value for the money, easy to program, an internal battery that holds the programming, allows for 1-8 programs per day, and has 2 times outlet's. Great product.

This digital timer outlet is very easy to set up and program. The display is clear, the instructions are straightforward, and it has been working reliably every day. It's perfect for automating lights and other devices while saving energy. Great quality and excellent value for the price.

- 0.5 stars off because you can only have 8 on/off events. - 0.5 stars off because the user interface The product works as advertised. It is constructed durably and arrived packaged well. The user interface can be a bit overwhelming, until you get used to it. But even if you have your 8 events set properly, you have to do a little maneuver to make sure the Auto/On/Off sequence is set in the right order, otherwise the events won't fire. The overall shape may pose a problem for your setup, depending on how you plug it in. I had to buy an AC dongle to give me enough room to power this timer. I only had a power strip available to me, but even with two empty outlets, the configuration did not fit for my purposes without the dongle (or extension cord). The price on these provide excellent value, considering you can control up to 4 devices (2 pairs).

I had no trouble figuring out the instructions and it is very convenient that the internal power of the timer keeps the clock on-time through power failures. They've been "set and forget" since I got them 3 months ago.

These work well and so far nothing gone wrong. Electrical timers are a must-have in some instances and these fit the bill. My only complaint is how long it takes to enter the times/days if doing multiple different time ranges, and not sure if it works okay when on/off times are overlapping from different programs for the same days. If the same set for all days of the week (or just one setting, rather) it works flawlessly.
