The bottle cover is defective

I'm very surprised such good brand, and low quality. There was but patch black when I open the bottle. However I use for 2 days and observer so many black dots Inside

I have been using these bottles at home for everyday use. It’s been 1year and 9months and I have to say these are good bottles. While certain aspects need to be improved, what has stood the time is the regular handling by 3year and 6year old kids. Pros: a) it’s durable (1.9years and still using them) b) it’s copper and oxidation (black/blue color) is normal process and with water c) strong and keeps water in normal room temperature Cons: a) bottle caps have plastic and they broke off in 2 months, hence it leaks when tilted b) cleaning them requires you to be a professional. Had to buy long brushes for the same c) bottle mouth/rim is of thin copper, hence it bends or even breaks. This is dangerous as you could cut your lips After this prolonged use, I feel they are still a good buy. Milton needs to enhance the caps and bottle rims for safety

The bottle is so thin and bottle copper is getting black so I think a product is not good. I paid 800 for it and it's not worth it. I never suggest this product to anyone and can I get a refund for this product
