From two keys with no working Unlock buttons, back to the life of luxury.
Heck yes! Had them cut by my local hardware store, I programmed them according to owners manual, and found a keyfob programming video on youtube to get the remotes dialed in. (Hint, cycle ignition 8 times) Locks/unlocks, starts, alarms just as they should! Awesome product, so glad to have saved the $300 plus in dealer fees!

Program a third chipped key fob (NOW!) before you lose one and have to go to the dealership ($$$)
This new, uncut, un-programmed chipped key fob worked great for us. We had the key portion cut at a big box store. Then used the original two chipped key fobs and the procedure in the manual to program the new key. Worked the first time. Programming chipped keys and chipped multi-button fobs for Ford Super Duty trucks is pretty straightforward with instructions in the owners manual (page 65 in 2016 Super Duty Owners manual). The procedure is: Programming 2016 Super Duty Key (From pg. 65 2016 Owners Manual) "1. Insert the first previously programmed coded key into the ignition. 2. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds. 3. Switch the ignition off and remove the first coded key from the ignition. 4. After three seconds but within 10 seconds of switching the ignition off, insert the second previously coded key into the ignition. 5. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds. 6. Switch the ignition off and remove the second previously programmed coded key from the ignition. 7. After three seconds but within 10 seconds of switching the ignition off and removing the previously programmed coded key, insert the new unprogrammed key into the ignition. 8. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least six seconds until you hear the door locks cycle. 9. Remove the newly programmed coded key from the ignition. The key will start the engine if programming is successful. You can operate the remote entry system if the new key is an integrated keyhead transmitter. If programming was not successful, wait 20 seconds and repeat Steps 1 through 8. If you are still unsuccessful, take your vehicle to an authorized dealer." Programming a Spare Key "Note: You can program a maximum of eight coded keys to your vehicle. Only four of these can be integrated keyhead transmitters. You can program your own integrated keyhead transmitter or standard SecuriLock coded keys to your vehicle. This procedure will program both the engine immobilizer keycode and the remote entry portion of the remote control to your vehicle. Only use integrated keyhead transmitters or standard SecuriLock keys. You must have two previously programmed coded keys and the new unprogrammed key readily accessible. See an authorized dealer to have the spare key programmed if two previously programmed coded keys are not available. Read and understand the entire procedure before you begin."

Great Value & Perfect Fit! 🚗🔑
I recently purchased the 2X KeylessOption Key Fob Replacement for my 2013 car, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The fobs arrived in great condition and were an exact match for the original ones. They were easy to program with the instructions provided, and both worked flawlessly once synced to my vehicle. The quality of the fobs is excellent—they feel durable and well-made, unlike some of the cheap alternatives I’ve seen. I was able to save a lot of money compared to dealer prices, and now I have two extra working key fobs for my car. I highly recommend this key fob replacement for anyone with compatible vehicles (2009-2016 models). It’s a great value, performs well, and was easy to set up! Would definitely buy again!

WORKS SAME AS FACTORY
I ORDERED THIS KEY TO INSTALL REMOTE START FOR MY 2011 F150. F150S WITH XLT OR HIGHER TRIM PACKAGE FROM 2009 TO 2014 ALREADY HAS THE REQUIRED MODULE INSTALLED FOR THE REMOTE START. YOU DO NEED TO VERIFY THAT IT HAS THE HOOD AJAR SWITCH. IF YOUR TRUCK DID NOT COME WITH REMOTE START, THAT SWITCH AND THE AERIAL ANTENNA ASSEMBLY MUST BE INSTALLED FOR THIS TO WORK THE REMOTE START FUNCTION. FORD PART # FOR ANTENNA IS DA8Z-15603-A. AFTER HAVING BOTH OF THESE INSTALLED, HAD LOCAL FORD DEALER CUT THE KEY FOR ME, THEY DID IT FOR FREE AS A FAVOR SINCE I ORDER PARTS FOR THE SHOP I WORK AT. HAD ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS I WORK WITH USE OUR IDS AND PROGRAM THE KEYS AND TURN ON THE MODULE. TOTAL INVESTMENT TO GET WORKING WAS AROUND 50 BUCKS FOR KEY AND ANTENNA, PLUS LUNCH FOR A TECHNICIAN. THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS IS COMPARED TO THE FACTORY KEY, THIS ONE IS A LITTLE ON THE LIGHTER SIDE AND I CAN TELL IT IS NOT AS WELL BUILT AS THAT ONE. IT DID, HOWEVER, ONLY COST A QUARTER OF A FACTORY KEY, SO ALL IN ALL, STILL A GREAT DEAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

It works you just need to follow these instructions!!
So here’s what you need to know: 16 F250 with 2 working keys only one the unlock button broken. Have the key cut then have all 3 keys in your vehicle, insert 1st old key, turn on all the way but don’t try to start, count to 3, turn off and remove then install 2nd old key quickly and turn on the same way for 3 seconds, turn off and put new key in and turn on and you will hear door locks cycle. Turn off and remove key then reinsert and make sure it starts your vehicle. If the lock/unlock feature doesn’t work don’t get excited, insert an old key and cycle on and off 8 times leaving on the 8th time, hit the lock button on your 2 old keys then your new key, this resets all keys together. Turn off old key and all your keys should work for all features even remote start. This is the way it worked for me, I hope this helps someone do theirs! Hard part is finding someone to just cut a key you bought somewhere else, I found a local hardware store and payed $10 for his time. $25 is way less than the $250+ everyone else wanted.

Does not work. Support is bad.
Ordered this key for my 2013 F150. I was able to program the buttons correctly. No problem under 5 mins. Got the key cut (cost me $20 at my local hardware store) key turned the doors so I thought all was good. So when I tried to program it according to owner manual it did work. I received “System Start Fault” error when I turned the key..... hrmm so then I watched you tube and tried 2 more methods no luck. Then I saw a 4th method on a forum tried it and still didn’t take. Then I tried to program it VIA forscan and the DCTs said there was no valid key chip.... so I contacted seller and they told me I programmed it wrong to try the way they think.... and the way they suggested was for something like a ‘05 f150 without the digital dash I tried it anyway without a security lamp in the truck to light lol. So I emailed them back and they said they would refund me after they receive the key... I explained that I already paid $20 to get it cut what about that? And asked if they could just send another chip. They said no key no refund and they will not send another chip... so I purchased a chip here off amazon and the first try it took and works. So for me this key was not a great price $25 key $20 get cut $14 working chip....

Good range and all funtions work!
I had this cut at HD and then used Forscan to program it. I only had the one broken original keyfob for my 16 F250, so for sure needed to jump on a back up. I was a bit worried about the range and getting remote start to work, but everything was perfect! I remote start my truck behind 2 walls inside the middle of my house in the mornings. The only thing I wish it had was the Ford logo on the back, but the price makes it worth it. Used Forscan to program using the "add a key" function, then the "8 turn to run" method to program the buttons. I will most likely pay the $125 for the factory Strattec one day. For now, this works!

Misleading Programming Instructions
2011 F350 with factory remote start. All the buttons work fine, remote start works, key cut fine to turn ignition. Key won't start truck, get a "Starting System Fault" error and the alarm goes off. Bought a genuine Ford key, they last 10 times as long and work every time... Junk. Edit: This key is still cheap and the button labels are definitely going to wear off quickly, but I did get it to start the truck. The programming instructions they provide are only half the story. They only tell you how to program the buttons but not how to pair the ignition system to drive the truck. You need 2 working keys or a programmer to do this. There's a company that sells a disposable programmer that comes with a key (Simple Key?) or you can take it to a lock smith or dealership. Ace Hardware cut my key for free because they wouldn't guarantee it would work because it wasn't one of their keys. If you have two keys that work to start the truck, there's YouTube videos that worked for me. I put the first working key in the ignition, turned it to ON for 3 seconds, removed it, put the second working key in within 5 seconds, turned it to ON for 3 seconds, then put the new key within 10 seconds, and turned it to ON, left it for 3 seconds or so, I think the door locks cycled, I removed the new key, then the it worked to start the truck.
