Great idea, just needs more strength
I used this bag for business travel, where I was packing clothes and electronics for 4 days.Spacewise, the bag is great. The compartments are easy at the airport and the packing cubes make getting things out / in your bag mid trip or after packing really easy.Unfortunately for the weight it is designed to take, the plastic buckles are too weak and one of mine did break (item refunded by amazon). If this had metal clips, it would be a really great bag.It is still good. Just be careful with the buckles.

Disappointed with the quality
This is an OK backpack.The goods: it is spacious, has straps everywhere, probably carry a large volume, many different compartmentsThe bads: looks very cheap can never tell it was over forty pounds, loaded with heavy stuff, straps and material may give in, for the weight it looks like it can carry -- a laptop, some cables, an ipad, clothes, shoes -- it is too big

Great if you’re living out of a backpack!
I use this as a house/wardrobe, so don’t really use it as a backpack (but have when travelling) but does the job and it’s a ‘clam / shell’ opening which is fantastic, and apparently hard to find!

Best backpack for shorter trips!
This backpack is the best I've come across. Perfect for shorter trips as you don;t have to pay for baggage. I've never been called out on the size of it or asked to measure it at the airport.I love that it opens like a suitcase and it has the perfect amount of pockets. It is also very comfortable to wear! Also the water bottle pocket is such a great plus!

Favourite travel bag
Decided to purchase second one in different colour. This one is slightly differently made to my first in purple colour. However, it's still great and became my favourite travel bag.

Strong yet stylish
When full it’s a bit heavy. Took time to get the straps comfortable for me. But now it’s comfortable to use. Would happily recommend this to any traveller.
