If taken in the morning do they break your fast?

Technically yes, anything you take orally other than water breaks a fast. It depends on how ridged you are. If you are fastening to get into or stay in ketosis, I would test before taking them and again an hour or so after. If you are still registering as being in ketosis then you have your answer.

You would have to cu consume the whole jar in one sitting for the fat time even effect ya..
