Very conmfortable, not sure if durable
Item is well built, comfy earpads. Although the exterior seems to be not resistant.

Great headset... Until you activate ANC.
I am on my second pair of these after a (fairly easy) RMA process. Both pairs have/had the same issue. When ANC or Talk Through ANC is active, there is a crackling/popping sound in the left ear. It doesn't change regardless of connection mode, other audio being played, or volume. I have tried firmware updates, connect/reconnect, etc. Cant get rid of it... So no ANC for me.

Not a Bluetooth headset. Misleading title.
This is not a standalone Bluetooth headset. You have to use a USB adapter. It cannot pair with cell phones or anything else you have to carry around the laptop if you ever want to use this headset.
