Very sticky
Great item. Needed spacers cushions for a project and this worked perfectly.

Stuck it on my truck, still holding strong
Used these adhesive rubber strips as weatherstripping on my truck and they did exactly what I needed. The adhesive grabbed right away and the rubber has stayed in place through heat, dust, and opening/closing the doors all day. It helped seal up little gaps and cut down wind noise without looking ugly or out of place. Easy to cut to size, sticks solid, and holds up to daily use on a vehicle, so I’m happy with it.

Used to seal the gaps between an outer door on a shed
Used to seal around the door of my old shed to create a vapor barrier between inside and outside so it keeps the moisture out. Seems to be working very well only went through one winter so far with it and the adhesion is great and the water's been kept out of the door.

Well made tape padding
Uniform product, good quality neoprene. My only issue is with this gooey gel kind of adhesive used on many products, with the red backing. While it sticks quite well (kind of annoying to get the red backing off lol), it will add going on half a millimeter to the overall thickness of this tape (1.5mm = 2mm), if your tolerance is as close as mine. On flat surfaces it will stick quite well to a variety of surfaces, but if there is lateral force applied the 'thick goo' will shift and your tape will go askew. On tight circular surfaces (I was doing 3/4”tubing) it will not want to conform on it's own (due to the thickness of the neoprene), and the gel can't just hold it on its own until you support it and it sets a few days. For most applications the adhesive probably won't create any issues. If you're doing something novel, I would consider even thinner neoprene tape that will conform to your shapes and use.

Rubber strip
I purchased the rubber strip to put on the bottom of my lift chair to stop it from sliding on the PVP flooring. It didn't work. Although the rubber strip didn't work for my application, it's still attached the chair. Depending on the application, I would recommend it.

Good materiel, makes a good seal.
Excellent quality materiel, used to create a gasket on the lid of a new aluminum truck bed tool box that did not have gaskets (also from Amazon). Bonds well to smooth substrates. Appears durable and resilient. Easy to work with, peel and stick backing has strong adhesion. Thickness as specified. Good value to keep your stuff dry. Cuts clean with sharp blade.

Works great when it's new, but...
Works great when it's new, but the adhesive sticks more to the liner than the rubber after a few months. I had a small project I needed this for (to keep a side gate from slamming when closed). This did the trick perfectly, and the adhesive stuck very well (and was easy to remove from the metal when the rubber was removed to paint the gate). I only used about 6", so I put the rest of the roll on a shelf in my climate controlled garage. I needed to use it again today, but the rubber has shrunk along the length and width of the roll (the red liner is puckered up all over indicating the rubber has shrunk while the liner has not). I cut off a bit to use and when I tried to remove the red liner, the adhesive was trying to come up with the liner instead of sticking to the rubber. Probably would not buy this particular product again because of its short shelf life. Maybe that's why it's currently unavailable?

Plastic adhesive tape
I installed the tape for protection on the edge of a 2x4 located on the basement floor (close to the floor drain)for a support wall. Just incase water may seep up from the drain. This tape is a nice protection so the wood doesn't get water damage.

Used to solve Dock Rash…
Picked this up to solve a very specific problem: protecting the seam where the top and bottom hull sections meet on a Seadoo Spark. If you own one, you already know—that edge is basically a magnet for dock rash. This tape is meant to act as a sacrificial barrier, and for the most part, it delivers. What works well:* Good material density: The neoprene rubber has just enough give to absorb light impacts without feeling flimsy. It’s not foam-soft—it actually feels like it can take repeated contact.* Adhesion is strong (if you prep properly): Clean, dry surface is non-negotiable. I wiped the hull down thoroughly and once applied, it stayed put even after a few outings.* Low profile: At 1/16” thick, it doesn’t look bulky or out of place on the hull. Keeps things clean visually.* Easy to cut and shape: Straightforward to customize length and fit along the seam line.Where it falls short:* Adhesive isn’t forgiving: You get one shot. Once it touches the hull, repositioning is difficult without stretching or compromising the strip.* Edges can lift over time: Especially if applied in cooler temps or on slightly curved sections. Pressing it down firmly and maybe using a heat gun helps, but it’s not foolproof.* Not heavy-duty armor: This is for prevention, not protection against hard impacts. Think “buffer,” not “bumper.”Bottom line:If you’re trying to reduce cosmetic wear where your Seadoo Spark meets the dock, this is a practical and fairly clean solution. It’s not bulletproof, but it’s a noticeable improvement over leaving that seam exposed. Just take your time with installation—rush it and you’ll be redoing it.Would I buy it again? Yes—but I’d be more meticulous on the install the second time around.
