This was an easy way to lose 10 pounds. I have had a problem with weight my whole life. I got on a keto diet about 4 years ago and lost 80 lbs. that got me too a good place, but then I wanted to lose another 10 lbs, so someone suggested it try u using a water flavoring like this instead of my usual 80% water/20% cranberry juice mix. In 6 weeks the 10 lbs was gone. I used about a 1.5-second spray, that has a nice flavor, just enough sweetness. One bottle (1.6 oz.) lasts me 5-6 days. This is in a 20-oz. Glass. I probably drink 4 or 5 of these a day. I looked at the ingredients and they seem really good. I tried one of the electrolyte flavors first but I didn’t like the potassium citrate that’s used for the electrolytes, so switched to the black cherry. According to my smart scale my water actually increased without the electrolytes. I’m really glad I found this!

I really like this flavor enhancer of Black Cherry STUR brand. I don't even have to use Stevia drops. I've been trying to get bad thinks out of my diet, like corn syrup, starch, and added preservative and sugar. Also bread, cookies, and process food. This STUR water enhancer also makes me want to drink it more with water because of the natural ingredients and flavor. I would highly recommend this to add to your new year resolution for weight loss. Stay away from bad added sugar sodas. Use this instead.

Excellent flavor, and service. I love that they use Stevia to sweeten. If you're looking to lower blood glucose, and reduce inflammation this product is a great tool all day long.

I have to put a lot more in than it says to get the taste I want, but otherwise it is good flavor..

I bought the Real Fruit Black Cherry flavor which you can only buy in a 5 pack. I previously tried the electrolyte variety pack and they were, meh,, the flavors are weird. There is some overwhelming flavor (white grape juice) in the background, or actually in the foreground with the advertised flavors kind of in the background. I thought it might have just been the electrolyte version so I ordered the Black Cherry and it is horrible!!! I can kind of detect a hint of the cherry flavor but it is completely overwhelmed by the white grape juice they use to get the "real fruit" label. The flavor profiles are completely thrown off by the white grape juice they use and it isn't just a little off, it is gross. I have a pile of sealed, expensive water flavors that I am just going to throw away, they are that bad.

Tastes great! And no sugar or artificial sweeteners. Just stevia!

I kind of had a feeling that the 120 drinks was not accurate but hard to be positive. So if per the bottle a squeeze does an 8 oz of water (what constitutes a squeeze?) then me doing two squeezes per 34oz bottle of water means I should be doing great! Tomorrow will be 10 days and I’ll probably be halfway through the 4th bottle. I drink 3 of the 34oz bottles a day. So already squeezing away at the 4th bottle when I should be 2 1/2 bottles in. Goes back to what constitutes a squeeze. I feel like I’m not doing very big squeezes and have run it as little as possible but this kind of design makes it vague and still possible my already small squeezes are to big. The powder hydration mix I use has 90 servings per $45 tub and that will make 90 34oz bottles that taste great but it’s not a good idea to only drink those mixes. So I just wanted a clean simple water flavor but anything not hydration based is so expensive for so little, and this is no exception. Probably great for every now and then, but for someone who needs to drink a bunch of water and just wants to get some flavor, this is not a good choice. I am still on the search!
