Simple to Use and Adds A lot of Convenience
I wish I had hard-wired an intercom system when we built our home. But, we didn't, and my wife and I have paid for it by costantly yelling downstairs at our kids to "come up for dinner" or "clean up your mess" or whatever. I was reluctant to get a wireless intercom because I was concerned that they wouldn't be clear enough or loud enough. I can say that these Wuloo Intercoms are loud enough. You do have to be standing fairly close to be heard clearly, but I think that's likely true for any intercom system. With this 4-unit system, we placed one in our living room, one in our girl's bedroom, in our boy's bedroom, and one in the playroom. With the simple push of a button we can reach our kids super easy without yelling. I especially like the "group" button that calls all units at once, so we can easily make the announcement "dinner is ready" without yelling! Another added bonus is the monitor button, where you can listen in on another unit without disturbing them....perfect for monitoring a baby! Overall great product and highly recommend.

Updated! Resolved issues, seems to be working fairly well
Update: the support (via email) was really responsive, and followed up regularly. That was pretty impressive. The first attempt to email a manual had a large APK file, I'm not sure how that happened, but they tried again and I got a good PDF file. As for the units tripping the GFCI outlets...My Bad, it's apparently a radio frequency (RF) transmission issue with some older GFCI outlets! In researching, I found that HAM radio operators sometimes run in to problems with their low frequency radio transmissions causing GFCI outlets to trip. (GFCI is not intended to respond to surges, but imbalances on the two sides of the circuit, some "detect" RF as an imbalance). So, I got a newer (Leviton) GFCI outlet and replaced the old. Only been playing with it for about a half an hour, but that problem seems to have been on my side, not Wuloo's. Yay! I do wish it was a little clearer sounding, (I'm not sure if the microphone and speaker could be upgraded, these still sound walkie-talkie ish). I DO like that it's radio and not yet another wifi-dependent device. Overally, fairly happy with it, we'll see how it feels after some real use. Original review: Firstly, no documentation at all, no instructions, no Quick setup guide, nada. Nothing for this on their "support site", either!! Not ENTIRELY hands-free. To "call" someone you PUSH the number of the other unit and then PRESS "Call", the other party must then PRESS "Call", to answer and to hang up (but, no button-holding in between starting and ending the call). In order to just talk without the other party having to push a button, you just HOLD the Group button. The part I want to delete (but will leave in case it helps someone else) because it was not their issue: When I get one of the units to answer a call, it trips the GFCI every time! (My initial impression was) The power adapter might be bad, the unit might be drawing too much when transmitting? So far, pretty disappointed with this "Improved" "hands free" intercom.

Not what I was expecting
We purchased these to communicate with our elderly parents who are bedridden. The MONITOR function was important to us because that would allow us to hear them call out or respond when there was a loud crash. In order to MONITOR a unit, you have to send a signal from the unit you want to listen from, then go to the unit you want to monitor and accept it. It's not like a "Drop In" function on Alexa as I was expecting. This type of setup completely defeats the purpose of not having to run up and down the stairs to hear what is going on in the room. A major drawback is that you have to be 6-8 inches from the microphone in order to get any volume at the other end. This is troublesome for someone that has the intercom on a nightstand and has mobility issues. If they cannot get directly in front of the intercom when speaking they will not be heard on the other end. The group function seems to be the easiest thing, but it is not hands free and it is simplex (one person at a time can speak). It allows someone to do what Alexa would call "Make An Announcement". All intercoms hear what the person is saying, which is convenient when you do not know what intercom other people are near. If you have an office setting and the intercoms will sit in front of someone on their desk, these might be great. You have to know what each intercoms number is to make a direct call. It seems simple but it is easy to dial a wrong number at first. To be used with elderly folks that spend most of their time in bed or have mobility issues that will prevent them from getting close to the intercom, this might not be what you are looking for. Anyone who may has cognitive issues will have trouble remembering which number to call and it can get them frustrated. I'd also mention that one of the units blew our house fuse when it was used. I tried 2 different circuits and had the same problem. I used the same plug on a different unit and it worked fine, so the problem was with the unit itself. I was able to easily return it, but it's hard to say what is wrong other than either a dead short or reverse polarity, both of which should have been caught at the factory. Overall, it performs as advertised, it's just not right for our purposes and the lack of audio is disappointing. Of course your results may vary.

Pleasantly surprised!
Good product. These works well in this 2700 sq ft home. One in the living room, bedroom, kitchen and downstairs office. With my husband's office is in the basement, these work better than me yelling at him that dinner is done down the basement stairs. Speaking directly into them works the best but we can hear each other no matter the small distance from the counsel. Easy to set up and use!

Awesome! Get it!!
I installed these throughout my home and even one in my portable building out back so that we can communicate with each other in a big area without having to yell or run all over the house. It has been wonderful! It works perfectly and is easy to learn and easy use. Set up was so simple. Now when I’m in my craft room ( the portable building out back) and I need something, I can page my son to run it out to me real quick. Or when food is ready, I can page everyone to let them know all at once. It’s awesome! Thank you!

Ringer is loud, speaker is very quiet
We ordered a 4 pack for our office/store. The call button works unfortunately you have to have the volume up SUPER loud in order to hear the person on the other end. We were 20 ft away from each other and couldn't hear a thing but the ringer was all the way. If we have to have the volume that far up in order to hear, the calls themselves will be very startling. We are returning it... maybe the speaker is defective?

Geat intercom system!
I ordered the S600 intercom system with 4 units. I needed an intercom system for my multi-level home to communicate to members of my family without having to go downstairs to each room to get everybody's attention. The system delivered just that! No more running back and forth. Everyone is a click of the Call button away. Not sure how it was with older Wuloo models, but this upgraded one is a true hands free unit. Works the same as a direct phone - no buttons to hold while you talk. Did not try the Monitor function yet, but I love the Group function. where you can talk to everybody at the same time. The units are well designed, look to be made of high quality plastic and are not bulky. No setup needed, came pre-programmed and worked right out of the box. I am happy with the purchase and will be expanding the system to other rooms in the house.
