Eclipse Optic Cleaning Fluid (15ml) 0.5oz and PEC-PAD Lint-Free Wipes – Non-Abrasive Cleaning Combo for Lenses & Sensors

After reading some of the product reviews, I decided on giving this product a try. I was reluctant to use just anything on my lenses, but, I came home from visiting Iceland and realised that I had unusually spots on my lens, even with a filter. I may have removed my polarizer filter for my clear lens filter and touched the lens. Rare that this should happen, when I came home I used a micro fiber cloth and attempted to lightly clean off the spot, I made it worst, fearing that I scratched the lens. I purchased this combo item, fluid cleaner and 100 pads, was I amazed of the results... I spotted the pad sheet with the cleaning solution, and bam...cleaned the lens in circular motions, folding the pad sheet 2-3x, and bam, I got a spotless len, definitely will reorder the cleaning solution...

the package does not come with a small handy pouch . The large pouch is to big for my small day photo pack.

It worked to clean the lens of my refractor telescope. It was really dusty with a couple of dew spots. It looks new again.

Not much to say - works just fine. Bought as recommended by Breakthrough Filters, so if this is good for expensive, coated filters, it should be good for any glass.

I use this to remove finger prints from the emulsion of print pictures. It works well.

Cleaned the corrector plate easily...only way to go.

40 year old Celestron 8 telescope. Corrector plate had become dingy. Pec Pads and cleaning fluid cleaned it quickly with not damage to the optics.

Spectacle cleaning cloths give far better results. These cleaning pads tend to re-deposit the dirt.
