Can you apply on pregnant dogs

I'm no vet,but I had the same question but with my cat and my vet did say that you can't put it on pets when pregnant it's a pesticide and goes into their system and their milk they supply for the babies!!!

If my dog is 21 lbs is it better to get medium or large? Is the large possibly too much medicine for her?

My dog is right at 20.5-21 pounds as well and I ordered the Medium, I thought the Large would have too much waste
