Q: What support is there for air coolers?

I would be extremely surprised to find a air cooler that would fit into this computer. It was tight even with the pump alone that I used. I would stick to AIO water cooling.

Q: Can this fit a 3080 evga hybrid?

Likely yes. But it will use the radiator space so your cpu will have to be air cooled.

Q: Can this case fit an sfxl psu?

It technically will fit though it will make cable routing and management basically impossible. You can try an sfxl unit but just be ready to spend some with the cables and pushing them all in the case.
