Great ingredients
Taste isn't bad... a little sweet and tangy but it's not bad. The ingredients are awesome and I notice a difference in hydration levels and energy and lean body comp.

This product works great, but I do not like the taste. I would buy it again because of how it helps your athletic performance, but just wish it taste better.

Best recovery drink on the market
I’ve tried other BCAA and other recovery drinks and this is by far the best. This is my go to after a hard Jiu Jitsu session or a long run. The taste is better than any other high quality recovery drink (the negative reviews about taste must be used to the sugar filled “recovery drinks”). The best part is the quality… after using it consistently, you feel the difference!

Great bcaas if you're sensitive to artificial sweetners
Great for the price. Half a scoop gets me through less intense workouts just as much as a full scoop of my previous just bcaas did. If you let it sit, you will have to remix it, but the flavor is fine and I like the electrolyte mix.

Great product but the flavor is less then desired doesn't really taste like a berry blend. But other then that you can feel the difference in performance and recovery!!! Thanks mark!!!

I love this recovery drink
This is my go-to workout recovery drink. I like to drink it during my workout instead of after. I feel like I have less muscle soreness when using it. The berry flavor is great!! (the other flavor not so much)

Terrible
And you are stuck with it. It tastes so bad its impossible to get down. For how good amazon is with returns it sucks you cant return this. Pissed.

Solubility declined after multiple orders.
I’ve ordered this product three times. First two orders were great. Flavor was good and dissolved easily. Third order does not dissolve completely leaving chalky tasting floaters. Doesn’t matter how long or vigorously you shake even with a blender ball floaters persist. It seems the formula may have changed reducing solubility. I really thought I’d found a reliable product.
